Want to work with us? https://zaap.bio/shahbazk ▶️ Previous Chapters: A Mix of Entrepreneurial Ventures 2019: I was property trading, buying and selling 22 properties during lockdown. 2018: Completion and sale of my first development of 18 flats, marking my entry into property development. 2017: My first land deal which led to 41 retirement flats being built, a venture that introduced me to the Land Promotion industry. This led me to setup Montague Land with my co-founder where we currently have 500+ plots under contract. I am now an investment partner but continue to take an active interest in the growth of the business. Before this I've had several business interests over time: - Gym owner - Event ticker reseller - Wedding photographer - eBay powerseller - Property community with 500+ members - AirBNB business operator - Cleaning business owner - Car trader ▶️ Foundations: Academia and Early Career I graduated in Mathematics and went on to get my ACA Chartered Accountancy accreditation whilst training at Deloitte in Corporate Finance. I soon discovered that my true calling extended beyond the traditional corporate path. Entrepreneurial sparks first flew at 15 when I made my first sale, igniting a drive that culminated in years of side-hustles and eventually led to the world of full-time entrepreneurship. ❤️ Social Impact: Malawi I helped setup water irrigation schemes in Malawi where we have raised over £200k to date, establishing food security to over 10,000 people in perpetuity.
