Iceberg of Public Speaking

A member of our community had a major breakthrough recently.

After working in corporate for almost 15 years, last week he realized that the biggest obstacles were not external.

Hidden self-doubt, unacknowledged weaknesses, and old limiting beliefs were quietly shaping his decisions.

Every “I’ll do it later” decision comes with a ₹10 lakh price tag. 

A few days ago, I had a conversation with a leader who moved abroad two years ago, chasing stability.

15 years of experience, a solid reputation, and yet a nagging sense that his growth had hit a ceiling.

On paper, everything looked fine.
 A good job.
 A family to care for.
 A life that appeared settled.

But inside, there was a quiet discomfort.
