Acted as managing director of a portfolio of 180+ clients, representing over 50% of the agency’s revenue.

Responsible for hiring and development of a best-in-class account service and strategy team of 10 direct reports.

During my tenure, my team of strategists has achieved the lowest average churn rates at Brafton to date, and closed the largest enrichment deals yet.

Our work is far from finished. We continue grow and challenge ourselves to further improve service, strategy, and product.

Promoted in July 2015 and January 2017.

Senior Director of Content Marketing

A combined Account Manager/Marketing Strategist role with responsibility for a portfolio of 30+ clients representing more than $1.2M in revenue. I advised client marketing organizations on things like content strategy, SEO, analytics, marketing performance measurement, social media, online shopping behavior, and branding.

I worked with clients in a variety of industries including B2B tech, healthcare, CPG, finance, SAAS, and manufacturing. In 2014, I managed the launch of content marketing strategy for the agency's largest client to date: a Fortune 500 group of eight household-name retail brands.

Internally, I led teams of up to 7 creative and technical contributors on each client account, project managing their amazing work to stick to client briefs, deadlines, and budgets.

MVP of the account management department for net revenue retention in Q4 2014.

Lead Strategist

Easy Energy of Massachusetts, LLC

As the sole owner of all marketing and sales activity at this start-up, it was my job to make sure people signed up for our products, and stuck with us for the long-haul.

I created direct mail campaigns with 3x industry average conversion rates, and was the first (and last) person every customer spoke to.

I also worked with an agency partner to develop a new website. Then, in under 6 months, I grew site traffic and customer acquisition by 110% with no budget: just good marketing strategy and relevant content for the right audience.

Welp. It happened.

4 months in at Pavilion and I just had to revoke somebody's membership.

I have been absolutely blown away by how giving, kind, and professional this community can be. 99.99% of our members are supportive and generous with their time and experience. It's a beautiful thing!

It's so beautiful that when a member threatens to disrupt the sanctity of our collective agreement to come from kindness, and our common pledge to give more than we take, it'd be irresponsible of me (and all of us) to not act.

So a reminder to those who think they might want to start the community:

Every member you add changes the product. Do not ever compromise on quality and don't be afraid to do some hygiene when you need to.
