Maybe acquisition is getting more expensive. Maybe messaging feels scattered. Maybe growth is still happening, but it’s driven by brute force instead of a system that compounds over time. Worst of all: maybe you don't actually know what's driving all the growth. I solve these challenges by refining the story, strategy, infrastructure, and execution. I've just learned to not get distracted by: - bad data - the wrong metrics - shiny objects - vanity partnerships - what competitors are doing I get close with customers and focus on making GTM strategies more integrated, and based on solid foundations of first-principles thinking and quality data. My approach blends product-led growth, performance marketing, and customer experience to build growth loops where acquisition, retention, and advocacy support each other.
