Ozempic ain't got NOTHING on me!

I’ve finally found the levers that actually move the needle for me. If you’re struggling to "lock in" here's what I’m using to change my life:

1. The "Protein-First" Rule
I aim for 200g of protein daily. I don't obsess over carbs or fats, as long as I hit my protein and total calorie goals, the rest takes care of itself.

2. Front-Loading the Day
This was a game changer: I hit 70g of protein by breakfast. When you start that high, the rest of the day’s nutrition falls into place effortlessly. No more playing catch-up at 9 PM.

3. Move or Die (Slow or Fast)
My daily minimum is 15k steps. Some days it’s a brisk walk; some days it’s just dragging myself across the finish line. It doesn't matter. The movement is the constant.

4. Liquid Discipline
I don’t drink calories, period. The only exception is a protein shake. If I have a flavored drink, the limit is 50 calories per 32oz. Hydration is for fuel, not entertainment.

5. Sweat Early
I start every morning with a sweat session at my home station (dumbbells and burpees). Winning the morning makes every other decision for the rest of the day easier.

6. The Weekly Cadence
Gym and cardio throughout the week.
Cardio is a daily requirement.
Mobility work 2x a week to keep the engine running smoothly.
Consistency isn't about being perfect; it's about refusing to negotiate with your own rules.

7. The Snack Rule
You don't NEED a snack, you want one. If I truly want a snack, I can only have it after a heavy meal and it needs to be portioned. Snacks are rewards for doing the right thing and the problem is for far too long I was rewarding myself for things I didn't do and that's what got me into this position in the first place. Neglecting my health, my consumption, my portions, and everything else. I have had years of rewards, I can deny myself a few until I hit the milestones I want so that this is sustainable long term.
