Please don’t build support systems around formal diagnoses. Many of your neurodivergent team members don’t know they’re neurodivergent yet. (Some may have "slipped through the net" due to outdated stereotypes. Others might be on years-long waiting lists.) So instead of: - If you’re autistic, we can… - If you have ADHD, we can… - If you’re dyslexic, we can… Try: - We offer flexibility to everyone. - We communicate directly, clearly and openly at all times. - Our workplace is a sensory-friendly environment.
