For two decades I’ve worked with sales and marketing leaders in technology, finance and medical industries. The clients I work with struggle to articulate the value of their business offering to staff and customers in a simple, easy-to-understand manner. This is where I help them get unstuck and grow. My proven approach: - Speed up sales cycles by 25% - Increase client engagement by 50% - Grow sales by at least 15%. I’ve enabled over 4000 sale people in blue chip companies like Standard Bank, Old Mutual Wealth and One Trust. Success stories: • Accelerated channel partner onboarding by 50% for a global technology business. • Simplified a financial institution’s countrywide complex sales strategy for 2000 sales staff. Shifting comprehension from 30% to 87%. • Equipped sales staff with the right tools and knowledge. Helping them exceed sales target by 20%. More recently I’ve written a book for entrepreneurs which is on Amazon: Get it here: https://www.weexplainstuff.com/break-free-from-complexity/ Created a diagnostic assessment for business owners: Get it here: https://www.weexplainstuff.com/lte-diagnostic-tool/ What clients say: https://www.weexplainstuff.com/testimonials/ And now I’m working on a course for entrepreneurs to help escape the complexity of running a business. Lastly, but most importantly I’m a proud husband and father of two sons. Want to talk more about your situation? Send me a DM. I'm hear to listen.

6 weeks off LinkedIn. Here’s what I learnt. Confession: I’m not made for social media I’m a very private person. And what I do is intense on my brain. Which means I often struggle to share. So, I took a break. Not a dramatic exit, just a quiet pause. I needed the headspace. I didn’t want to post daily just to keep up. So, I stopped. And you know what? • Work carried on. • I had more energy for clients. • I felt calmer. • I didn’t miss the pressure to be ‘relevant’ every day. • I reflected on what I wanted to share. So, I’m back. But not with a vengeance. More like… a calmer presence. Let’s see how it goes. Happy Monday :) 👋

The first thing an investor asks: “How do you get new business?” If the answer is, “Me — I do,” That’s a problem. Because you don’t scale. Too often, founders are the value proposition. Clients are buying you. That might feel flattering. But it’s bad for business. You’re the bottleneck. And you’re stuck — until you bottle your genius. Package it. Teach it. Make it sellable without you. That’s when it becomes a business. Until then, you’ve just got a very high-pressure job. And your boss is... very demanding. 😉
