Ever notice how some of the best teams seem to thrive effortlessly? It’s not because they’re high-performing that they’re happy—it’s the other way around. They perform at their best because they feel valued, trusted, and empowered. Think about it: People do their best work when they’re excited to show up, safe to take risks, and supported when they fail. 💡 Happy teams challenge ideas without fear. 💡 They push boundaries because they know they won’t be punished for mistakes. 💡 They don’t wait for success to feel engaged—they create it. So, as a leader, ask yourself: Are you building a team that feels safe enough to perform at its best? Image by Roberto Ferraro #Leadership #TeamCulture #Teambuilding
Have you been keeping up with #MarchMadness this month? I always love tuning in; when a lower-seeded team takes down a powerhouse, it's always exciting to watch. 🏀 But these upsets also reveal a lot about hard work, resilience, and the power of a team that refuses to be counted out. The so-called underdogs don’t win by accident. They win because they outwork, out-hustle, and out-believe their opponents. They execute when it matters most. In leadership, business, and life, we all face moments where the odds aren’t in our favor. But the best teams lean into the challenge, prepare relentlessly, and trust each other. All that is to say: Never underestimate the power of hard work, resilience, and belief! #MarchMadness #LeadershipAdvice #HardWork
Did you know that androgenetic alopecia affects about 50 million men and 30 million women in the U.S. alone? As society becomes more open about issues like hair loss, there’s a growing opportunity to provide solutions that empower individuals to feel more confident in their appearance. What excites me most about this field is the rapid innovation we’re seeing in both treatments and technologies. From topical solutions to oral medications and even hair restoration procedures, there’s a wide range of options now available. 🔬 As you might have seen, Phase III enrollment is now complete for our study on Clascoterone Solution for Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA) in Males, with 1,495 patients randomized, marking the largest randomized trial conducted by Cosmo! As a pharma industry, we have a responsibility to continue pushing for more effective and accessible treatments. Looking forward this continuing development. #AndogeneticAlopecia #HairLoss #HairGrowth
