Early in my career, interviews felt like interrogations.

Last weekend, I pushed past 10 minutes on the treadmill.

4 Pillars of Unshakeable Consistency

I learned this lesson later than I should have.

For years, I focused on building my skills and perfecting my work. 
I assumed opportunities would naturally come to anyone 
who was competent, consistent, and high-performing.
But that wasn’t the case.

I had the capability.
I had the results.
Yet I kept watching others advance faster.

Then I realized the truth.

I wasn’t short on talent.
I was short on visibility.

That’s when everything changed.

I chose one skill people genuinely needed.
I started showing my work publicly.

HOW TO NEVER BE JOBLESS

Most executives don’t struggle 
because they lack experience.
