Hi there! 👋🏻 I'm a Business Developer/Product Lead and Facilitator with a background in delivering global digital innovation. I've embraced diverse cultures and functions, adapted to various technologies, and successfully crafted customer-centric products. I've worn a few hats down the road - questioning the status quo and looking for more fulfilling challenges. Being part of the 'lucky generation' that witnessed the beginnings of the digital era, from the Commodore 64 to the Nokia 3310, AltaVista, and iPhone1 (Stone-age🗿), jumping on that wave has always felt exciting and almost necessary... I started as an Engineer (& Cisco 🥷) intending to reinvent technology - from cables and ports to protocols, IP headers, and apps... After some enjoyable years, I gave up on the simple fact that the company must earn money 🤓 and reinvest in our tech playground. I found a new personal passion and gradually transitioned into (the dark side 😎) the commercial area - utilizing my tech background and building high-quality products. On that journey, I've gathered new insights - building things takes time and money, so strategic partnering with the world's coolest companies felt like the natural next step. With rapid technological innovation, ongoing developments, an intercultural rollercoaster with global time zone adjustments, and leading smart teams - time is flying, and I'm still having fun! 😁 Since 'standard processes' never fully worked for me, some time ago, I started exploring ways to ensure that our products meet customer needs alongside tech feasibility and business viability. There, I embarked on a Facilitation journey from Design Thinking and Design Sprint to Lego Serious Play and many other formats... Besides enjoying the constant out-of-comfort-zone experience in facilitating various workshops, I became fully hooked on seeing the happy, content faces of teams who are consistently surprised - how is it possible to remove hierarchies and unwritten standards and achieve so much in such a short time 🤩 After a short while, I realized that all these methods, whether used for innovating new products, crafting strategy, aligning the team, or any other purpose, converge at - building trust, overcoming complexity, delivering fast results, and ultimately making teams super productive! Team building is only possible if you get your hands dirty - as a team!💪🏻 While I still enjoy leading business development and product development projects, I gladly share my experiences, tools, and knowledge with teams passionate about outperforming. 🚀 Cheers, Ivan
