As a Sales Enablement Manager at Workleap, I am founding the enablement function for four product lines, supporting Business Development, Account Executive, Account Management, Channel Sales, and Sales Leadership teams. I develop modern sales skills, enhance all GTM launches, and create adaptive sales training and onboarding plans to ensure sales teams ramp and grow effectively.

With over 10 years of experience in sales and leadership roles, I have a passion for coaching, enabling, and empowering others to do their best work. I have led multiple sales teams, run university seminars, and supported more than 40 teams as a Senior Leader and Enablement Leader. I have also earned Agile and Google Project Management certificates to enhance my skills and knowledge in managing complex and dynamic projects. I believe in focusing on the locus of control and helping people unblock themselves and reach their potential.
