A head-on MVA, launching 2 startups during the pandemic, triggered burnout. I faced chronic pain, bloating, digestive issues, and blindness in one eye from a concussion for 2+ years. Modern medicine failed me. A decade of biohacking saved me because I had the tools to heal myself holistically: spirituality, food as medicine, biofeedback, meditation, light therapy, grounding, trauma therapy, and identity shift. True wellness fuses ancient wisdom with science. Today, I fuse my passion for longevity with a tech-savvy foundation (I taught myself to code + design at age nine). I coached agency clients (in life, health, relationships) and decided to pursue additional coaching certifications, becoming a holistic nutritionist (after a decade of studying nutrition science, as a hobby). I walk the talk. I've been optimizing my mind + body for 15 years and have never fallen off the bandwagon. I'm not your average coach. I'll call you out on your BS because you don't invest in mediocrity. I left my 9-5 job b/c I hated asking permission to take vacations. With a colourful career building multiple brands from zero while travelling the world, climbing the Alps on my road bike, my life is unconventional with a real, no-BS approach to life.
