Your skin is your body’s largest organ and soaks up light like a sponge—different wavelengths hit you in unique ways all day long. It affects your energy, productivity, mood, salary, relationships, and everything in between. Light therapy is an easy way to boost your health and longevity. Blue light in the morning mimics sunlight, waking up your brain, sharpening focus, and lifting mood by syncing your circadian rhythm— like a natural energy shot. 🚩 But avoid blue light in the evening (aka get off your phone). Its short wavelengths trick your brain into thinking it’s daytime, suppressing melatonin (the sleep hormone). This messes with neurochemicals like GABA, keeping you alert when you should wind down. ✅ Wear 99.9% blue light blockers after the sunsets when looking at screens. Red light therapy, usable anytime, penetrates skin and muscles deeply. It reduces inflammation, speeds healing (sore muscles or injuries), improves skin (fewer wrinkles, less acne), and boosts energy by supporting mitochondria (your cells’ powerhouses). 💪🏼 Pro-tip: get at least 20min of sunlight in the morning (best naked, no sunnies): its blue-rich rays set your clock, sharpen alertness and prime energy. Then, watch the sunset to signal to your body that it’s time to shut down: its red-orange hues signal your brain to ramp up melatonin naturally. Remember, step OUTSIDE for these, even on cloudy days— windows block UV rays needed for vitamin D and full circadian benefits. Best of all? Sunshine is free. ——— Want to learn more? 📌 Enroll in my Biohacking Longevity Academy. 5 ways to biohack your PMS! 👉🏼  Ladies, if PMS turns you into a moody, bloated mess, I’ve been there— and I’m not here to sugarcoat it. Our 28-day cycles get trashed by this 24-hour circadian society, but I’m done letting it win. I remember when my hormones were completely out of whack in 2020 after a head-on car accident, burnout from pushing my body to the limits for the previous decade 🏋🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️, and chronic stress launching 2 startups during the pandemic. I remember walking to the fridge at midnight, knowing I wasn't hungry, but I couldn't control my actions!! I broke down crying anytime I was late for my physio appointment. I felt completely out of control. Ever yelled at your BF for nothing? Overreacted or started crying, but you didn't know why? Those are your hormones for you. IYKYK. Here’s how I hacked my way out of the PMS hellhole, and you can too: 📌 1. No more coffee on an empty stomach. ↳ It spikes cortisol and messes with your blood sugar, amplifying PMS irritability and crashes—your hormones don’t need that extra chaos. ↳ Bonus: Waiting at least 90 minutes after waking for your first cup of coffee lets your body’s natural cortisol peak kick in to wake you up, so you don’t crash later or mess with your energy. Trust me! ↳ Coffee is one of the most potent sources of antioxidants in the modern-day diet. Please stop blaming coffee for all your other bad habits. 📌 2. Carbs at night, not in the AM. ↳ I used to avoid carbs like the plague— dumb move. Now I save them for dinner (white rice, quinoa, and sourdough are my favs). ↳Carbs raise your blood sugar, just enough to boost serotonin and melatonin production, calming your brain and helping you fall asleep faster. 📌 3. Protein is absolutely non-negotiable. ↳ I start my day with a high-protein breakfast—steak and eggs, chicken and avocado, whatever hits 30g-50g. Amino acids are the building blocks of everything—muscles, hormones, even your mood. ↳ A high-protein diet is how I eliminated cravings, snacking, and late-night binging. ↳ Also how I maintained muscle mass and strength even when I could not stay consistent with heavy lifting. ↳ Bonus: CREATINE your bestie!! (*more info in comments*) 📌 4. Sunshine’s my reset button. ↳ 20 minutes of morning sun—no sunglasses or sunscreen. Not through a window, either. Even on cloudy days, those UV rays are present. ↳ Viewing sunlight within an hour of waking regulates your circadian rhythm and boosts serotonin, lifting energy and mood even when your period tries to drag you down. 📌 5. Red light therapy is a vibe. ↳ I sit under a red light panel at least 20 minutes a day, especially during PMS week. Boosts my mood, cuts inflammation. Feels like a warm hug for my mitochondria. 🫶🏼 ↳ It boosts circulation and reduces inflammation, helping ease PMS-related mood dips and body aches by giving your cells a little energy kick. #biohackers #longeveity #womenshealth #hormonehealth #healing

Did you know that Alzheimer's begins to brew in your brain decades before you are diagnosed in old age! 💣 Here's one of the BIGGEST lies we've been told: I will tell you the tragic story of how this unfolded, and what you can do about it. 👉🏼 Picture this: you’re in your 30s, juggling work, maybe kids or a side hustle, feeling unstoppable. Meanwhile, bits of inflammation are silently piling up in your brain. But it's been brewing for decades by the time you find out. Why don’t we hear about this? Because the system’s set up to catch it late, not stop it early. ⏳ Here’s what happened: In 2006, a study claimed they found the smoking gun, which created an industry of creating drugs targeting amyloid plaque that supposedly triggered memory loss. But in 2022, a neuroscientist named Matthew Schrag (aka the Alzheimer's Whistleblower) realized the data was fishy and took a deep dive. Along with a big investigation by Science Magazine, this led to the original paper being retracted in 2024. Think of it like someone faking a photo to win a contest— it tricked people into believing something that might not be true. This wasn’t just a little mistake; it sent researchers chasing this ONE protein for years, spending billions of dollars on drugs to target it. And a lot of false hope for all Alzheimer's patients and their families. But don’t worry, there is hope. 📌 It’s more lifestyle than luck ↳ Turns out, only about 1% of Alzheimer’s is purely genetic. ↳ Most of it relates to insulin resistance, what we eat, and how much we move. ↳ Studies say a healthy lifestyle can cut your risk by 60%. Science and medicine are changing. Modern medicine is merging with holistic medicine. We are no longer putting all our eggs in one basket! While amyloid-beta (the protein from the retracted study) is still part of the picture, researchers are also investigating other causes, like tau protein tangles, brain inflammation, blood vessel issues, and even how the immune system or gut bacteria might play a role. They’re finally exploring the whole map, not just one corner! Keep your eye out; researchers are working on better ways to spot Alzheimer's before symptoms hit. The future looks rad. 🫶🏼 💡 What you can do: I’m not saying it’s easy, but it’s simple: ✅ Start with a breakfast that’s not a carb bomb— think steak, eggs and avocado, not a muffin. ✅ Eat more protein, fiber and less ultra-processed foods. ✅ Move your body— walking, biking, whatever feels good. ✅ Get outside for 20 minutes of morning sun. ✅ Focus on progress, not perfection. Applied to 80/20 rule. You don’t need a fancy drug or a doctor to tell you it’s too late— because it’s not. 🔥 And most importantly, you are the average of your environment. Surround yourself with healthy people or hire a coach to keep you accountable. What are you waiting for? #longevity #biohackers

Happy FRIYAY, folks! I’m stepping away from my usual biohacking longevity programming to share a frustrating observation: My LinkedIn inbox is already a mess. I literally have to go through a rigid routine to mentally prepare myself with the courage to get to inbox zero. Yet these days, sometimes I can’t tell if I’m wasting time replying to a ghostwriter, or a 15-year-old social media manager (no offense to 15 y/o's). It’s hard to take a CEO seriously when they have a polished suit in their profile but drown their messages in emojis. ✨🔥🐹💕🐸🚀 You truly get what you pay for. 🥸🤡🥸 🔥 Hi, I’m Kate and I'm an advocate for common sense. I deliver uncomfortable truths to trigger you to think differently and take meaningful action. → Did you know I taught myself how to code and design when I was nine? I also market, write, and create content. → I used to peruse Yahoo chat rooms pretending to be a 19-year-old to find web dev clients, but I was a 11-year-old winning design competitions. → I worked in tech for the first decade of my career. → I've built and scaled [e-commerce] brands for the last 10 years. I don't advertise my actual day-to-day work because it's a word-of-mouth/referral boutique agency that I keep running to stimulate my BRAIN and creativity. 📌 Still, I can help you with your brand strategy + communication, design, social media & content strategy... without the fucking non-strategic use of emojis. Cool emojis only. 🫥 DM for details.

How to be in the top 1% 👉🏼 Success people are optimistic + live longer + better because not only do they believe in themselves, but put in the hard work upfront. Life is a game and every single move matters. If you play the LONG GAME, you can "hope for the best but plan for the worst." However, it's never too late to pivot or restart at any point in your life. Here are 3 things I'm obsessed with that I believe will give me a long, vibrant life filled with love, purpose, and fun: 📌 1. LONGEVITY SCIENCE 🧘🏻‍♀️ Approaching your well-being holistically covers all the foundations ⚒️ Optimize the basics: movement, nutrition, sleep, relationships, and mind management. ⚒️ Amplify with biohacks: building resilience via hormetic stress (cold showers, saunas), NAD+ boosters, lengthening your telomeres with stress management, preventing DNA damage with good habits, regular exercise for mitochondrial function (the power station of your cells), and fast to regulate insulin and mTOR signaling. #uncomfortabletruth: A small % of issues are genetics so please stop using that excuse. Good habits will alter your genetic expression. 📌 2. BRAIN HEALTH 🧠 We're all going to lose her looks but we'll always have our brains. It's my number one priority.. ⏱️ Future is no longer about time management, but mind management: managing our energy and riding the oscillating waves of our neurochemicals. ⚒️ How? Learn about your brain. 📌 3. HOLISTIC NUTRITION We are what we eat. Food is the building blocks of our bodies and dictates our mood, productivity, emotions, and motivation. Don't let it control you. It's the one thing in your environment that is in your absolute control. It is so obvious, but many of you don't care about your nutrition simply because it's not your normal. Human behavior + rewiring your brain is one of the hardest things to accomplish if you don't know how. ⚒️ Embrace and learn about neuroplasticity. 📚 Read: The Power Of Habits. ⚒️ Learn how to love food and easily whip healthy nutritious meals (habits can become autopilot with practice)— or make sure the person you marry knows how. ——— Wanna learn more? Last week, I got to spend 10 glorious days riding (and suffering) in the mountains with my fav people in the universe. 844km, 22,000m of elevation — because it’s always about the CLIMB. 😉 IYKYK. We call it a “training camp,” but it’s just a crew of pain-cave-obsessed friends who gather every year to hunt the steepest roads, chase elevation, and ride until we’re on the brink of tears and exhaustion, fueled by grit and a never-give-up mindset. I even have a local friend who audits our routes to ensure we hit the most challenging climbs and grades, and there are no junk miles (flats). And our private chefs ensure we are well-fed before and after rides. Every time I clip in, I get life-changing revelations. Here are the insights I gathered over those 10 days, and why cycling with friends is my ultimate biohacking longevity hack: 📌 1. ADVENTURE Cycling takes you to places you’d never see otherwise—remote trails, hidden valleys, views that stop your heart. It’s the best way to explore the world. The distances we travel cannot be matched by any other sport. Too slow on foot, too fast in a car. Nothing worthwhile comes easy, but every climb’s worth it. 📌 2. MOVING MEDITATION. Plus, we're killing two birds with one stone by being out in nature. Mother Nature is the real deal. Biohack bonus: nature lowers cortisol, calms your nervous system, and keeps you young. 📌 3. SCHOOL OF HARD-KNOCKS Cycling’s my classroom. I plug into podcasts and audiobooks, blending my loves: biking, being outside, and learning. It’s how I stay curious, avoid creative blocks, and always have something to discuss. Neuroscience alert: cycling spikes BDNF (aka your brain’s fertilizer), rewiring it for focus and growth. 📌 4. COMMUNITY The #1 longevity pillar? Your people. Nothing beats sweating it out with friends, immersed in nature—pure joy, max productivity. Riding (and suffering) together builds bonds that keep my heart full and my life long. 📌 5. LONGEVITY Since I began cycling 15 years ago, my VO2 max has consistently been high (in the 60s), and my resting heart rate has been low. It feels effortless because a bike ride NEVER feels like a workout (even if we're on the saddle for 6+ hours or moving time 12+ hours!). We are just kids in a candy store, and the world is our playground. It’s why we’re thriving, not just surviving— playing the long game for health. 🎂 BONUS: I haven't had to worry about counting calories or my diet for 15 years. I NEVER say no to croissants and cake. In my late teens, I felt guilty about everything I ate because society pressures you to be skinny. I can’t describe how much weight has been lifted off my shoulders because I no longer obsess over food guilt. Imagine never having to worry about that Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner again. It's the BEST way to live. FINAL TAKE-AWAY: Surround yourself with people who love being in the pain cave. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. 💪🏼 We are the average of our environment.

This is why you know you NEED to exercise, but you're not doing it consistently: You’re not putting in the hard work upfront to make it a habit, so it becomes as effortless as brushing her teeth. Here are my favorite hacks I used to make exercise as effortless as brushing your teeth: 👇🏼 I began my fitness journey in my early 20s in 2007, and I've never fallen off the bandwagon or lost motivation to exercise. I ride my bike in the rain and snow and LOVE going to the gym. I can’t shut up about fitness because of what it's done for my mindset! 📌 1. COGNITIVE REFRAME: associate exercising with self-care & pleasure. → For me, “Working out means I get to listen to my podcasts, zone out to music, be alone, be outside meditating on my bike or going on an adventure with friends, and/or be in nature.” Now, write a statement for yourself. 📌 2. MANTRAS: Use a trigger word to program your brain into performing an action. Mantras work because your brain always listens to everything you say or think. → Mine is: “JUST DO IT” → I embraced this at the start of my fitness journey to conquer scary AF CrossFit WODS. As I continually repeated it, my mind became programmed to approach tasks with zero hesitation. Now, in every aspect of my life, I fearlessly take on challenges. I simply “just do it.” The power of words. 📌 3. Be obsessed with discomfort. The reason we're sick, anxious, and depressed is that everyone is too comfortable and sedentary— stuck inside concrete jungles all day, suffocating in their own stale air and toxic scents, products, and perfumes while staring at blue screens all day and night. How do you get out of your self-imposed prison? Take every opportunity to get out of your comfort zone and do hard things that you don't want to do: → cold showers → biking in the rain → exercising outdoors in bad weather → climbing mountains → slowing down to speed up → hard conversations And stop making excuses because no one is coming to save you. The best thing? It’s never too late to start. But always too late to wait. 👁️‍🗨️ WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE WAYS TO MAKE FITNESS EFFORTLESS? #biohacking #longevity #personalgrowth

How do I know if my red light therapy, sauna, grounding sheet, and supplements are working? I hear this all the time but here’s the uncomfortable truth: we’re wired for instant wins, thanks to a world obsessed with quick fixes. Pop a pill, feel better fast—that’s the game Big Pharma and healthcare play, cashing in on shortcuts. But real health? It’s not a band-aid or a magic bullet. Remember, it’s never ONE thing that kills you— or saves you— it’s a thousand tiny choices stacking up every day. Pills might mask your mess, but they rarely dig to the root. True wellness is slower, steadier, and way more powerful. So, how do I know this stuff’s working? I ask myself: 💡 Am I sleeping deep or tossing all night? 💡 Am I taking shortcuts or lying to myself? 💡 Do my joints ache less, and my mind feels sharper? 💡 How do I feel when I wake up—refreshed or dragging? 💡 Am I bouncing back from stress or crumbling under it? 💡 Are my relationships with myself and others my priority? 💡 Is my energy steady through the day or crashing by noon? 💡 Do I feel alive (lit up by purpose) or just going through the motions? These aren’t flashy before-and-afters. They’re quiet wins whispering you’re on the right track. Ditch the scale’s daily drama. Health is a long game built on daily movement, real food, soaking in nature, and resting right. Mother Nature doesn’t rush, and neither should you. Trust the process. Your body tells you everything you need to know, one honest day at a time. —— You’ve been brainwashed to follow the herd. 🔥 Hi, I’m Kate— your biohacking longevity health coach. I deliver uncomfortable truths to trigger you to think differently and take meaningful action. No sugar-coating, no fluff, no excuses—just raw perspectives that challenge everything you’ve been told and afraid to face. If you’re not ready, keep scrolling. But if you’re prepared to break free from the matrix of societal conditioning and take action, let’s get to work. 📌 Follow + ring my bell for more content like this.

Think saunas are just a luxury? Think again—they’re a longevity weapon, and I’m dead serious about you getting in there four times a week. Imagine tiny power plants inside your cells. Those are your “mitochondria”, and they're the key to your energy and healthspan. Saunas make them stronger. 📌 Why Mitochondria Matter: ↳ They create the fuel (ATP) that powers every cell in your body. ↳ Cellular health play a crucial role in cell signaling, repair, and overall function. ↳ Healthy mitochondria mean more energy, less fatigue, and a longer, healthier life. 📌 No Energy = No Life: ↳ If your mitochondria aren't working, your cells can't function properly. ↳ Leads to fatigue, accelerated aging, and increased risk of chronic diseases. 📌 Saunas Supercharge Mitochondria ↳ Heat cranks up mitochondrial production—like adding more power plants to your cells. ↳ Boosts their efficiency, churning out energy like a well-oiled machine. ↳ Sweating flushes toxins that weigh them down, while the heat shields them from damage. 📌 Guard Your Brain ↳ Another study showed 4–7x sessions per week (15–20min @ 80–100°C) were associated with a 61% lower risk of stroke and 50% lower risk of dementia or Alzheimer’s compared to once-weekly use. 📌 Move Without Moving ↳ Saunas jack your heart rate to 100–150 bpm, mimicking a solid workout. ↳ It fires up ‘heat-shock proteins’ to repair cells, training your body to thrive under stress—hormesis in action! 📌 Detox Like a Boss ↳ Women store more toxins in fat—4x 15–20min sessions @ 80–100°C helps flush that junk out. ↳ Drop blood pressure 7–10 mmHg and cut inflammation by 30%. 📌 How to Benefit from Saunas: ↳ Regular sauna sessions (especially infrared) can significantly improve mitochondrial health. ↳ Stay hydrated with electrolytes and listen to your body. ↳ Aim for 20minutes daily (do your best, progress, not perfection). Investing in your mitochondria is investing in your longevity. Saunas are a POWERFUL tool to unlock your cellular power and live a vibrant, energetic life. ⚡️ 👇🏼 Planting some seeds. Go ahead and do your own research. And most importantly, try it for yourself. You won't regret it! ——— Want to learn more? We’ve got your back. 📌 Enroll in my Biohacking Longevity Academy. Everything you’ve been told about female fertility is wrong. Read till the end! 👀 Conventional media sends billions of women into a stressful frenzy: telling you fertility falls off a cliff at 35, that your eggs expire like old milk. That having kids later in life is impossible without IVF. 🚨 But what if the real issue isn’t age—it's health? Women who conceive naturally in their late 30s and 40s often do so because they’re healthier, not in spite of their age. Science is finally catching up to what holistic health experts have known for years: fertility reflects metabolic health, stress levels, and nutrition—not just the date on your birth certificate. Let’s dish some uncomfortable truths about fertility, keeping women stuck in fear.👇🔥 ➡️ 1. Chronological age ≠ Biological age. ↳ A 40-year-old woman with optimal metabolic health, strong mitochondria, and low inflammation is biologically younger than an unhealthy 30-year-old with chronic stress, insulin resistance, and poor nutrition. Fertility is a reflection of health, not just age. ➡️ 2. Egg quality can be improved. ↳ Your egg quality depends on mitochondrial function, not just how many eggs you have left. Strong mitochondria = better egg health = higher fertility. This is why women who prioritize metabolic health (exercise, fasting, red light therapy, nutrient-dense diets) can conceive later in life. ➡️ 3. Stress is a fertility killer. ↳ Chronic stress raises cortisol, disrupts ovulation, and messes with progesterone levels. This is why women struggling with infertility often conceive naturally once they reduce stress, sleep better, and improve nutrition. ➡️ 4. Seed oils, plastics, and toxins are harming fertility. ↳ BPA, phthalates, and seed oils mimic estrogen and disrupt hormones. Cleaning up your environment (glass containers, organic food, avoiding plastics) can improve fertility outcomes. ➡️ 5. Nutrient deficiencies make conception harder. ↳ Most women are deficient in magnesium, vitamin D, iodine, and choline—all critical for fertility. Fertility is about nutrient status, not just egg count. ➡️ 6. Women who have babies later often have longer lifespans. ↳ Studies show women who naturally conceive after 40 tend to live longer, likely because their bodies are biologically younger and more resilient. ➡️ 7. Fertility is a byproduct of good health. ↳ Instead of fearing a “biological clock,” focus on metabolic and hormonal health—because fertility is a reflection of how well your body is functioning. ➡️ 8. It’s not just about the woman—sperm quality is declining. ↳ Modern men have 50% less sperm than their grandfathers due to endocrine disruptors, poor diet, and stress. Fertility isn’t just a female issue—both partners’ health matters. ---- Want to learn more? 📌 Enroll in my Biohacking Longevity Academy. I live a life where I work (and ride my bike!) wherever and whenever I want. Imagine being obsessed with Mondays and every day feeling like a Friday! This ONE statement helped me design a life I don't need a vacation from. 👉🏼 12 years ago, I was sitting at my cubicle in my 9-to-5 on a beautiful summer afternoon. I was sick of asking somebody for permission to go on vacation or being unable to ride my bike when I wanted. I lamented to myself: “I am going to design a life where I can ride a bike whenever and wherever I want.” 🚴🏻‍♀️ You see, my number one value is freedom. Time freedom is the ultimate freedom. (And yes, I'm kinda obsessed with cycling and 12 years later, the obsession is even worse. 😆) 🔥 Two years after I set that intention, I resigned to travel the world… with my bike. If you don’t know what you want, the universe will give you chaos. I knew exactly what I wanted. I set that intention, planted the seed, and found myself making decisions (execution) to get there. Now, I have a life where I work and ride my bike from wherever and whenever I want— EXACTLY what I told myself 12 years ago! 🙏 In hindsight, the process wasn’t linear or easy. There were many bumps and fun along the way, but I navigated them effortlessly because I believed in myself, and found the courage to not follow the herd. Here are my favorite things about being an entrepreneur: ✅ MINDSET SHIFT I’ve programmed my mind to CREATE my own opportunities, rather than waiting for the promotion or the raise, and not knowing how to think for myself. ✅ AUTONOMY Recessions and layoffs don’t mean anything to me. I live outside societal norms because I’m no longer a sheep and can fend for myself. Opportunities are abundant, and I know how to seize them. ✅ TIME I’ve got freedom to pursue my interests and hobbies. I go on vacation whenever I want. I travel for months at a time. The ultimate freedom. ✅ HEALTH I have time to take care of myself and my partner, cook from scratch every day, spend hours at the grocery store reading labels (lol), work in the sunshine, ride my bike for 2+ hours daily, and sit in the sauna for 30 minutes. I party on a Monday night and wake up anytime the next day without an alarm. ✅ ABUNDANCE I still love the grind, but I’m not addicted to it anymore, nor do I have to burn myself out, sacrificing my freedom, like the rest of the world. Today, I have zero desire to scale or be a seven-figure-a-month boss bitch. Been there, done that. I’ve got time, peace, and abundance. Why would I trade that? Just a few years ago, I was the girl who was always striving for more, feeling as if nothing was ever enough, because of my dopamine-lacking ADHD brain, but now I realize how much abundance I have and how little I have to work for it. Instead of trying to conform 🐑, I forced my world to conform to ME. 🧠 Want a life YOU don't need a vacation from? 🛎️ Follow me and ring my bell for FREE training. #healthywealthy

3 uncomfortable reasons to create and not consume: 📌 1. Save Your Brain Cells Ditch the mindless scrolling. Instant gratification fades, but your cognitive well-being thrives when you engage in active creation. Human beings are meant to be creative because creativity fosters adaptability, problem-solving, self-expression, innovation, progress, and personal fulfillment. 📌 2. Personal Development Creating allows you to learn about new topics and skills by writing and teaching. In our AI-driven world, expanding your skill sets isn't just beneficial—it's essential for survival. 📌 3. Build Confidence & Get Unstuck You’re not afraid of failure; you’re afraid of judgment. Posting consistently online helps you build confidence. Besides, life begins when you stop caring what other people think. 📌 BONUS: You’re making somebody else rich. Some are investing in their own personal brand (and growth) and setting themselves up for success by making themselves recession-proof. While you may be wasting your life away, scrolling unintentionally. But don't worry, it's never too late to start. But always too late to wait! 🫶🏻 —— You’ve been brainwashed to follow the herd. 🔥 Hi, I’m Kate— your biohacking longevity health coach. My massively transformative purpose (MTP): PLAY THE LONG GAME effortlessly. And be well-rounded: obsessed and thrive in career, relationships, wellness, social life, and everything in between. Life is a marathon, not a sprint. Changes don’t happen right away. I trained my brain to “enjoy the journey” (which is ALL we have)— through cycling and fitness that translated to the office. Once we reach our goals, we're always gonna want more. Let's blame dopamine. Learning to be a good coach is something I do on the side for personal development (and fun) but it’s my LONG PLAY. The internet is filled with a ton of life coaches with no life experience or credentials. I began offering coaching services to my agency clients because I have a lot to teach from running my businesses since I was a teenager and healing my body holistically during the pandemic by overhauling my mindset, habits, and inner work— zero shortcuts and self-sabotaging. Everything I learned was self-taught a.k.a. creating my curriculum because I always knew nobody was coming to save me about myself ever since I was a little girl growing up with little money amongst rich cousins and friends. I delved into books and encyclopedias, wrote essays for fun, and taught myself how to code in design. Things I’m currently working on: ✔️ effective listening ✔️ asking good questions ✔️ articulating your voice properly ✔️ learning how to speak comfortably All of these align with my 2025 goals. Tell me what are you working on? 👇🏼 #biohackers #longevity #personalgrowth

📌📌📌 DID YOU KNOW: Grip strength is a strong predictor of longevity? 🚫 Stop wasting money on face creams and blaming the sun for aging. Get your 🍑 to the gym, get moving, and get outside. Can we please reframe anti-ageing?! 🙏 Your grip strength indicates your body’s total muscle mass and strength—two key markers of longevity and aging. A weak grip is a sign that your body lacks muscle, and it correlates to longevity. 💪 When older folks break their hips, they may begin to deteriorate because they don’t have enough muscle to cushion their bones or strength to recover. When you can't walk, you can't live. Grip strength is also strongly related to a person’s biological age because it can predict overall health by a person's ability to participate in daily life activities such as walking, standing, and climbing stairs. In many studies, people with below-average grip strength are likelier to have high fasting blood sugar, HbA1c, and metabolic dysfunction. ✅ Muscle also plays a crucial role in blood sugar control. It acts like a sponge, soaking up glucose (sugar) from the bloodstream after you eat. This helps regulate blood sugar levels and reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes (and you may be pre-diabetic and not even know it due to stress and ultra-processed foods). ———— HOW TO STRENGTHEN YOUR GRIP: 📌 1. Dead hangs. Aim for these numbers. I like to do a few rounds at the gym. If you can't, no worries. Start small and build. Women: 1 min Men: 2 min 📌 2. Farmers Carries. Walk around with two heavyweights in each hand. I like to use kettlebells. ⚡ You'll be surprised at how much you will improve after consistent practice. 😉 🧘🏻‍♀️ Not to mention, dead hangs are an incredible stretch! ——— Ps. THE BEST REASON TO EXERCISE IS SO YOU DON'T BECOME A BURDEN TO YOUR LOVED ONES. STOP BEING SELFISH. 🫠 Pps. You can also pass the exercise gene to your kids. Give them a head start. Do them a favor. ——— Wanna learn how to live longer? We've got you back. 📌 FREE LONGEVITY MASTERCLASS) (link in comments/profile) Life is a game. How hard are you slaying?

17 years ago, I wouldn’t have known what to do if I had been laid off. You see, I began my career at the beginning of the recession. A few months into my first job in tech, which felt like a dream (I was only 19), my new colleagues were getting laid off left and right. They were people with mortgages, families, and dreams. It was a dire mood. Miraculously, I survived three rounds of layoffs in my career. If I had been laid off then, I would've been lost. Today? I haven’t had a job interview since my first career. I’m not a prisoner to layoffs and recessions because entrepreneurship taught me to CREATE MY OPPORTUNITIES (rather than wait for things to happen to me). Here’s what I’d do today: 📌 Goal: Become recession-proof. 🌱 How: Develop skillz. → writing → selling → communication → managing your energy → building confidence— by chasing courage. 📌 Goal: Stay interesting. 🌱 How: Never stop learning. → consume content OUTSIDE of your niche or interests → surround yourself with people with opposing opinions → curated social media feed → podcasts / audiobooks → books / articles → online forums 📌 Goal: Build confidence. 🌱 How: Constantly do hard, uncomfortable things. → ride your bike in the rain → in-person networking events → recording yourself speaking on camera → travel solo with no set plans → going to restaurants alone → talk to strangers 📌 Goal: save time to do more (or less). 🌱 Habit stacks all these together. → write (and publish) online to teach yourself a new topic → listen to podcasts during workouts or cleaning the house → post your journey or things you’ve learned on social media (will teach you confidence by not giving AF what others think) → attend networking events solo and make it a goal to find a new group of friends to go for dinner with Do the hard work upfront. Or be a slave to recessions, layoffs and a victim of the broken system designed to keep you as working robots. What’s your choice? ——— Hi, I'm Kate. I taught myself how to code at 9 and have been running my business since. I left a fun decade-long 9-5 job in 2016 with no plan, traveled the world with my road bike while building my agency. I healed my body holistically after burnout, pushing my limits to the limit, and years of living in chronic pain after 2020. Today, I’m happier & healthier than ever and work from anywhere I want. Life only gets better when you learn to Grow With The Flow! 💨 I can teach you how: 📣 SHARE & REPOST if you found it helpful. 🫶🏻 🛎️ Ring my bell for free #peakperformance training. 👩🏻‍🎓 Sign up for my #Biohacking #Longevity academy (link in profile). 📸 Follow me on IG @longevitypalace for free healthy wealthy tips 🔑 DM me for VIP 1:1 Executive Athlete Coaching #entrepreneurship #personalgrowth #highachievers

Here’s an uncomfortable truth that’ll ruffle some feathers: the longevity industry’s obsession with depending ‘solely on the science’, swallowing 150 pills a day and chasing perfect biomarkers is a scam... and it’s making you sicker, not stronger. Hi, I’m Kate, your longevity coach who’s spent my life dodging the herd’s rules. I’ve built a life that I don’t need a vacation from, and at the same time, where I ride my bike around the world whenever I could. Because real health isn’t about obsession— it’s about freedom. I’m going to cut through the noise and call out what I see. ❌ The Pill-Popping Trap I’m in these longevity groups, and it’s a circus: people dropping thousands on red light panels and freaking out over cholesterol ticks, all while their relationships are not so great, and their mindset’s a dumpster fire. I’d bet my last dollar that someone living simply— eating well, loving deeply—outlives and outshines the supplement junkies every time. ❌ Mindset Over Metrics If your head’s a mess and your connections suck, no $500 stack will pull you out of that hole. Start there: fix your soul, then move your body, sleep deep, and eat smart. The internet’s a flood of overwhelm. Don’t let it paralyze you. Baby steps beat obsession any day. ✅ My Kinda Wellness: WELLNESS WITHOUT OBSESSION. Longevity optimization should be seamlessly integrated: I take supplements when I feel it, eat cake with zero guilt, walking 20 minutes to the store for exercise. It’s not about perfection but movement, real relationships, and ditching toxic vibes— workplace and relationships. 📌 Why I Don't Actually Pratice Nutrition as a Career I’m a certified holistic nutritionist but you won’t catch me deep in that game— the field’s a cesspool of egos tearing each other down online. I’d rather optimize my own health, share what works with my loved ones, and keep stress off my plate. Life’s too short for that noise and spending too much time online.. 💡 Science Isn’t the Whole Story Don’t get me wrong— I geek out on studies but I’d never let a scientist who’s all data, no soul, dictate my health. I know my body better than any chart. Healing starts in your mind— self-belief, spirit, connection— not some sterile silo. The longevity hype wants you drowning in pills and panic, but I’m not here for that. Real health is a life you don’t need to escape— where relationships lift you, your mind’s clear, and your body moves because it can. I’ve got the freedom to cycle in the Alps whenever I want, not because I’m obsessed, but because I’m balanced. Ready to ditch the chaos and live well on your terms? I’ll show you how. Life’s a game. Play it your way. —— Want to learn more? We live in a world drowning in snowflakes, tip-toeing on eggshells, god forbid we offend or traumatize someone. Life will NEVER be easy. But you can learn to be ANTI-FRAGILE. Because NO ONE is coming to save you. 📌 Here’s how: ✅ 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀. The more options you have, the better equipped you are to navigate uncertainty. ✅ 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆. Build resilience and prevent issues from snowballing. ✅ 𝗗𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂. Dine alone. Go on a solo bike ride. Facing fears builds mental toughness. ✅ 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀. Exercising outdoors in the rain. Cold showers. It toughens your mental and physical resilience, preparing you for life's challenges. ✅ 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘀𝗵𝗶𝘁. Real friends want you to grow. Fake friends keep you average. ✅ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆. This habit primes you for handling bigger challenges when they inevitably arise. ✅ 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗲. It’s not your enemy. Each failure brings lessons that contribute to your anti-fragility. ✅ 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁. It desensitizes you to uncertainty and builds a ruthless mindset. ✅ 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱. Too much input can be paralyzing. Selectively consume information that truly adds value. Keep life simple. ✅ 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗰 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀. Cultivate the ability to differentiate between what you can and cannot control, focusing energy where it matters. ✅ 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. Learn to see it as it is. Detach emotions and logic. Stop taking everything personally. Things will not always go your way. Accept it. —- PS. All my pains have disappeared since I started sleeping on a GROUND SHEETING. Previous pain from cycling crashes and car accidents, nagging aches and sores from daily workouts and a desk job... I haven't felt ANY pain in a month. Incredible. If you still think grounding is woo-hoo, try it for yourself. In today's frantic world, we've forsaken our primal link to the planet's electric pulse. We spend 90% of our time indoors! Shocking stat. THIS disconnection holds the key to our health. We’re bioelectrical entities on an electrical planet. Every aspect of our body operates on electrical impulses—from the rhythm of your heart to the intricacies of your immune system, it's all powered by the flow of electrical signals within your cells. Grounding is like plugging yourself into the Earth. It's about making direct physical contact with the ground— think walking barefoot on grass, sitting on the beach, or even lying on the ground. Sounds crazy? Don’t run away yet! 🧬 There is science behind it (and it’s also an "IYKYK" thing for those of us who spend the majority of time outdoors and have a deep connection to Mother Earth). ⚡️ The Earth has a gentle electrical charge. When you ground yourself, you absorb these free electrons from the Earth. These electrons act as antioxidants, helping to neutralize harmful free radicals in the body. Reducing inflammation has a wide range of benefits. ⬇️ 🌬️ Stress Reduction Grounding shifts your autonomic nervous system from a sympathetic (fight-or-flight) state to a parasympathetic (rest and digest) state, fostering a sense of tranquillity. When you connect with the Earth's surface, you absorb negatively charged electrons, which act as antioxidants that reduce excess sympathetic activity and enhance parasympathetic tone. ❤️ Enhance Heart Rate Variability: Grounding has been linked to increased heart rate variability (the variability between heartbeats), which measures the stress levels of your nervous system. It signifies your heart's adaptability to new environments and promotes resilience. 😴 Sleep Soundly: Normalizing the day-night cortisol rhythm (your stress hormone) helps regulate your body's internal clock. 🌡️ Reduce Inflammation and Pain: Some studies suggest grounding may help reduce pain, particularly in conditions like arthritis (many reviews of grounding products reflect this). You open a gateway for electrons from the Earth's surface to flow into your body. These electrons are potent antioxidants— they can neutralize harmful free radicals in your body. Free radicals are unstable molecules that can damage cells and contribute to inflammation and pain. Grounding reduces the excessive oxidative stress and inflammation that can exacerbate pain. It essentially acts as a natural anti-inflammatory agent, soothing discomfort and promoting overall well-being. 📌 Wanna learn more? People think I'm "on vacation" all the time, but little do they know that I've put in the hard work upfront to master work-life integration. The idea of "lifestyle design" has been a fundamental part of my life. As a designer, I've always wondered why I can't design my life like I design products. After all, my reality is a canvas shaped by my thoughts, which I can turn into actionable ideas if I choose to. 💡 Summer 2013: I was sitting in my cubicle, staring out the window, telling myself, "I am going to create a life where I can ride my bike whenever and wherever I want." 🚴🏼‍♀️ Two years later, I left a successful career in tech and never looked back. 💡I also hated asking somebody permission to go on vacation. My neurodivergent brain will NEVER conform. 💡 In LA, I am a block from the beach where I go every morning, with my body grounded in Mother Nature, answering all my messages and emails and doing my engagement. 💡 Back in Vancouver winter (rain or shine), I sit on a bench on the Seawall near my condo and do the same until my fingers freeze. I LOVE bundling up in my fur coats or cute rain jacket. I don't "travel" like anyone else because I work anywhere and anytime, and I love what I do. Going on vacation means I’m taking my life to a new environment, which brings fresh ideas, perspective, and clarity. ✅ Entrepreneurs can work weekends and evenings. Let's stop demonizing this because we're not "hustling.” It doesn't feel like a job when we love what we do. "Hustle" is a subjective label anyway. Working for yourself is hard, but making someone else rich is even harder and requires energy management, which is work-life integration. Stop conforming and start integrating. Work-life balance is out. That's why you're: ❌ Constantly overwhelmed. ❌ Neglecting health & well-being. ❌ Unclear purpose and direction. ——— 🔑 Want to start living your life on your own terms?
