I believe that a flexible modern workplace experience is table stakes. A people-centric culture built on trust and autonomy, distributed to every team member will be the key differentiator for businesses of the future. I'm a change agent for this. From the inside, I've sat in key human resource/people leadership roles to help design and build workplace experiences optimized for remote and hybrid teams distributed around the globe. As a fractional executive and consultant, I've partnered with executives to create the policies and programs that support a successful modern workplace. As a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, I share my experiences with other leaders and teach critical skills for successfully leading teams in a modern workplace. Most recently I've been serving as the Head of Human Resources, and a remote member of the leadership team at Provivi, a California-based biotech startup.
