Most recently I led the global talent acquisition program at XWP, growing the team from 40-120 people in 2021 and 2022. I've served as a remote experience consultant to large organizations like Walter P Moore, Crestron Electronics, and Pinellas County, Florida, as well as small startups and non-profits. I've been an Operations Executive scaling a reforestation business from 90-350 people over my tenure. I'm now combining all of my Ops, People, and Remote leadership experience to serve small and midsize clients as a fractional executive.
