“I don't send enough DMs” This is the #1 LinkedIn lead generation problem for creators. - Some creators and companies we’ve worked with have seen revenue boosts of up to 327% - ⭐Some people who trust our services: - Jasmin Alic (290k+ followers) - Richard Van Der Blom (220k+ followers) - Okoye Chinelo (150k+ followers) … and many others. Most creators know the power of outreach for business growth… But let’s be real—DMs are where things get stuck. (Let’s be real: Everyone hates DMs🤣) But staying consistent with DMs comes hard for many for mainly 3 reasons: 1) Don’t know how to start a conversation 2) Feel fake when DMing others 3) Don’t have the time It doesn’t matter how good your strategy is if you don’t implement it. This is why, instead of building the next consulting offer… (where most people don’t implement on advice 🤣) We built **ScaleLinkedIn** instead**:** A Done-For-You LinkedIn outreach service for CREATORS designed to help you maximize revenue. **What we do:** ✅We connect you with 500 -1,000 highly targeted profiles/m. ✅We send up to 40-50 personalized DMs per day. ✅We build your tracking system as we iterate. 🔒**Safe:** Without automation, using a dedicated IP. 👬**Don’t burn through leads:** We are creators too. We coordinate with you so we don’t target peers, friends, and clients. ⏱️**Timeline from start to results:** Most creators get a positive ROI within 30 days. Non-creators typically between 30-60. ✍️How to apply: Copy and paste this link into your browser: https://www.scalelkdn.com/application-scale-linkedin Or go to my featured section on my profile page and click on the link.

Many founders treat DMs like healthy food: -They know it's life-changing, but postpone. "I have 2k+ decision makers in my network... But never DMed them". You spent time building your network through: - Real relationships building - Connection requests - Content But never really took the time to message anyone. They make outreach so complicated in their heads.... That they never do it. Here is how we do it: 1) Create a list of validated prospects (we use AI). 2) Create a strategy according to the segment. 3) We create a personalized DM. 4) We give value to prospects. 5) We offer a call. 💡 Start today - improve as you go. P.S. Click on top of this post "Visit my website" to discover our method. P.S.S. The client prospect in the screenshot below was closed for $ 1.1 M.

Entering someone's inbox is like entering their home: You want to bring something of value. I was projected to become a 🏀 pro when I turned 13. I often received special treatment from people. Peers and adults alike. After all, I grew up in a small Italian city... Where everyone knows each other. It didn't matter what I did... It mattered WHO I WAS. But outreach taught me that’s not how the world works: You are judged by the value you offer. It does not matter what you have achieved. What matters is what you can do for your prospects NOW. When you slide into someone's inbox... You have to make yourself "welcome"... By bringing value to each interaction. This is a skill that took me over a year to master. (and there’s still so much I’m learning) There is no secret formula: That is all it takes to make outreach work. -- 👉 P.S. If you are an agency or a tech founder, DM or comment "scale" to explore what it would look like if I did outreach for you.

3 takeaways from our Live in Richard Moore's Art of Sell: (Any founder can leverage to ↑ DM outreach) 1) Personalize based on your experience ❌ "Liked your post on productivity" ✅ "Saw your post on productivity. I also/Reminded me of when I..." The best personalized messages always refer to how that bit of personalization relates to your experience. 2) Avoid DM "cliches" words ❌ Hope, synergy, touch base, etc.... Try to avoid what most people do that the market has gotten used to and feels like "cold outreach". 3) Better an empty connection than not doing it at all ❌ Not connecting, being afraid to do it wrong Instead, add people who fit your ICP to your network. You never know who might see your content and reach out. 💡 LinkedIn is evolving, and people have gotten used to mainstream outreach practices. Test and find what works for you. P.S. In 2023, I made a big outreach mistake. (I wish I had fixed it earlier) Here's what happened: I completely ignored new tech and AI: - I personalized DMs manually - I kept validating leads manually - I relied on Sales Nav lists (>20% accuracy) But that led to: => Being left behind by the market My competition was leveraging tech and AI to: 1) Only reach out to high-quality leads (ready to buy) 2) Create personalized sequences that resonate The key takeaway: Want to build a substantial pipeline on LinkedIn? Build your acquisition system ASAP. P.S. What tech do you use for outreach? 👇 My tech stack in the comments.

People treat “how to get meetings” like a secret. It shouldn’t be. Here are 3 outreach strategies that work for us: 1) Social Selling A genuine compliment can spark a real convo. ✔ Best for: founders with <10 employees , junior-mid roles. 2) Make the Ask Ask a question a bout a problem, show a potential result. ✔ Best for: decision makers in 10-200 employee orgs. 3) Lead Magnet Offer value upfront. ✔ Best for: Virtually any decision maker. Don’t overthink outreach: Be curious. Be helpful. Be human. P.S. Do you do outreach daily? 💭 Share below "Yes/No". ♻️ Repost if others should see this.

No DM replies? How to fix them: Your outreach isn’t broken. It’s just missing the human part. ❌ Cold pitches get ignored. ✅ Well-timed value-first conversations turn into clients. Podcasting + LinkedIn DMs to turn strangers into sales calls... Without being pushy (with Tomas Loucky) 🔹 Step 1: Engage first. Comment on their content. Be real. 🔹 Step 2: Offer value. Mention them in posts. Share their work. Show you care. 🔹 Step 3: Make the ask (without pitching). “I’d love to feature you on my podcast—your insights would really help my audience.” 🔹 Step 4: Build trust on the podcast. Great convos uncover real business needs. 🔹 Step 5: Follow up warm. Send them the episode. Stay in touch. Make the right offer at the right time. Podcasting filters for quality. People say yes to collaboration, not cold calls. 💡 And when they’ve already given you their time? They’re 10x more likely to buy or refer. They remember you. They trust you. Want to stay top of mind post-episode? 👉 DM them the episode 👉 Tag them in follow-up content 👉 Keep solving their problems 👉 Ask, “Know anyone else who’d be a great guest?” No hard sell. Just smart relationship-building. At scale. P.S. Do you listen to podcasts? Share in the comments 👇 🎙️ My favourite podcasts are "The Joe Rogan Show" and Buha's Block (NBA related)".

Most agencies struggle with DMs. Here’s a great one I received: "Hey Stef, pretty eye-catching headline. Have you nailed your [topic] like you have your LinkedIn one? Asking because I help big creators like [well-known competitor] drive more revenue from their [topic]. Thought you'd find some value if I shared a few [topic tips] I’ve rolled out." It worked because it nailed 5 things: 1. Relevant Personalization Complimented my profile Referenced a specific topic I care about Made it feel personal without being awkward 2. Gets to the Point It generates curiosity early on in the DM Transitioned straight into the topic Bonus: subtle ego boost 3. Relevant Name Drop Created natural curiosity Boosted credibility instantly Mentioned a competitor I respect 4. Offers Value Clear win-win energy Just helpful insights No hard pitch 5. Asks for Permission Soft, respectful tone Humbly ask for permission Most people overthink their DMs. But the best ones? Short. Clear. Relevant. Useful. It’s a skill, and it’s worth getting good at. P.S. Do you offer value with outreach?

Bad LinkedIn DMs are the norm. (that makes it easy to stand out) Take this message I received recently: “Hi Stef, I think we have an exciting synergy! I’m the founder of [tool]...” It had good aspects: • Listed benefits • Some relevance But it was too long. Too vague. And didn’t say why me. ✅ Here's how I rewrote it: “Hi Stef, I saw that you post multiple carousels every week. We have a tool that can halve your carousel creation time. Want me to send over the link?” Short. Relevant. Clear. No “synergy.” Just value. Want people to respond to your DMs? - Offer value fast - Make it personal - Be clear about why them Your next client might be one message away. P.S. Do you personalize DMs?

Your outreach is getting ignored. Not because it’s bad or don't use the right tech. But because prospects don’t care. LinkedIn used to be a minor channel. Not many people were doing outreach here. Now it's mainstream. Second only to emails. Doesn’t matter if your DMs are personalized, you have a good product, or it took you 30 mins to write. If it doesn’t show value fast, it’s dead. That’s why micro-segmented "lead magnet" campaigns are dominating. ↳ 34 leads in 50 days. ↳ +$92k in revenue in 40 days. *These are just some examples of our campaigns. Meanwhile, hyper-personalized messages with no upfront value are lucky to get 1-2 leads/m. I don't like it either. But this is the game right now. And honestly, I don’t think lead magnet campaigns will be around for long. But while they are, you might as well use them. Just don’t get too comfortable. This won’t last forever. P.S. Do you send more than 10 DMs/week?
