I use the most appropriate methodologies from SPIN to Miller Heiman and Voss and the latest thinking from Dale Carnegie to Jim Keenan and everyone in between. Grown multiple sales teams to massive success and global domination. I worked with one direct sales organisation as their first sales trainer. They had 10 telesales and 5 field sales but had big ambitions. I modelled the behaviour of the best people and rolled it out to all the new starters and then retrained the rest of the sales team on the proper sales process. Oh and I sat plenty of meetings and signed plenty of contracts (100 deals out of 200 meetings in one year) while still training full-time. Conversions increases from 25-30% and average order value jumped 120% They are now the world's largest player in their field. A multi million pound global player used me to rewrite and relaunch their entire sales onboarding program. I modelled what was working in other markets and localized the content while getting the key stakeholders on board. Result was time to hit target was reduced by 30% for new starts.
