As a consultant, I worked with YOUPLUS on the following projects:

Culture Book - Spearheaded the Culture Book creation for YOUPLUS insurance, entailing user needs evaluation via surveys, coordination with graphic design firms, content creation, translations management, and overall project and product management.

International Intranet Launch - Directed the design and roll-out of YOUPLUS's international intranet. I devised an intuitive page map, curated compelling content, and crafted graphics, ensuring a user-friendly and inviting platform.

Product Management and Customer Experience Expert (Contract based)

Avast

- Drove clarity, quality, traceability, and conformity of requirements to deliver solutions customers love.
- Created alignment with internal business stakeholders and key external partners.
- Mapped and continuously improved customer journeys through the Avast B2B Order Management System.
- Led the entire system redesign, resulting in an estimated 40% improvement in NPS – transitioning from negative numbers to positive customer experiences.

- With Notum Technologies, I served as Interim Product Manager, meticulously capturing client requirements to guide custom software solutions through specification and implementation stages.

- At Konica Minolta, I analyzed digital workplace trends to inform product strategy for the WorkplaceHub, ensuring the delivery of solutions aligned with market needs and client expectations.

- For AXA, I orchestrated the vision and rollout of AXA's Intranet 2.0, managing development and ensuring seamless adoption through meticulous planning and testing.

Active content creation, to be more precise. And just for a month!

Why?

There’s been many reasons for this break:
🚀 Shaping our Day In Product (DIP) offering
👩‍💻 Working on DIP trainings and materials
👩‍🎓 A lot of e-learning (started 2nd educational programme this year and more to come)
👥 Spent hours talking to really inspiring people, taking notes
☕ Enjoyed coffees with friends in a coming spring (yes, the outside seating is opening again!)
🫶 Spent quality time with my family
🔩 And last, but not least - had a knee surgery (yes, again, hopefully for the last time … but this is a longer story)

Content wise ….I was not well organised, so it was difficult for me to keep my personal commitment to post valuable advices and news.

I am working on a system that will work for me in a long run. 
And help you make a real impact in your product world 💜

📝 Important notes:
It's not about perfection.

→ It’s about showing up. Every day.
→ It's about progress. Building on top of previous learnings.
→ It's about balance. There will be always more on your plate than you can chew.

It's about understanding that you need to do your actual 100% only. 
Not to fulfil your goal at all costs.

For me, it means rest and healing for a couple more days 💚

Hands-on training for product people | Co-Founder @DAY IN PRODUCT

This goal seemed unreachable to me.

🦉 Duolingo Español A2 level.

The list of 52 units full of lessons with personalized words, tenses, practice, stories…
It seemed too long.

But you know what?
I forgot this goal and fell in love with the process.

Some days I did one exercise a day.
Some days I just did a quick, repeated, easy one just not to lose my streak 🔥.
Some days it was a blast and I ticked off a couple of exercises.

I thought that sometimes I lack with consistency in general.
But this is the best example of what consistency looks like.
(Sure, not only consistency, but Duolingo's gamification mastery too 😅)

Thanks to this exercise, I realized that even if the goal seems far away now.
The one step I will take today makes my goal one step closer.
I know it’s cliché and seems obvious, but it is so easy to forget when you are in the process of achieving something.

Now every time something seems unreachable for me, I always remind myself about:
     → my why
     → my Duo journey

It helps with motivation to move on. And this is the reason why I am sharing this story.

I hope it inspires and motivates you on your journey to reaching goals that seem far away now.

It is embarassing and I don't want to hear it again.

This was my thought after one interview with customer about product I recently took over.

I faced the harsh truth of becoming a PM for an existing product that was collapsing.

To fix it, I knew I needed systematic approach.
Because I had limited resources and time.
But how to focus on the right things?

👉 Here comes my PNW framework, you can easily steal.

I labelled each request with a tag: #pains #needs #wants
Why? 
Because you are able to see its urgency through the eyes of customer.

These simple words carry a lot of value.
😫 Pains - the most urgent things that bother your customers.
🙏 Needs - essential requirements that customers expect from your product.
🤩 Wants - your customers' aspirations or preferences that go beyond their basic needs.

And, as we’re in it, there is one more “secret” thing.
More than anything you want to focus on customers’ feelings ❤️  
They are what makes or breaks your customers’ satisfactory game.

No one can transfer customer feedback to you with the same quality as the customer itself.

Whether through qualitative talks, a quantitative questionnaire, feedback through social media, or “word of mouth,” you will hear about your product in public transportation.

I know that sometimes it can be tricky getting the feedback directly. You are probably pretty busy with your product development, have limited time and resources.

But still, there are ways to do at least the minimum to keep your customers a bit happier by seeing their problems directly and coming up with corresponding solutions.

Here is my 3Rs on how to manage your feedback loop.

1. Realistically
Assess the feasibility of implementing changes given your resources, time, and technological constraints. It gives you an achievable, maintainable, and practical approach to product development.

2. Regularly
Collect/study the feedback consistently. It helps you stay aligned with customer needs and expectations, allowing for timely adjustments to your product strategy. It can be weekly or monthly if really busy. Monthly is 12 times better in a year than never.

3. Responsively
Act on feedback in a way that is timely and shows your customers that their input is valued and leads to tangible changes. If you can’t apply the changes, explain why. It shows the customer that you care.

💡 Pro tip
If you are not able to do some parts by yourself, ask your team for help. Not only will you have less on your plate, but your peers will get the customer’s point of view naturally and will go above and beyond to help you deliver.

Each of these options enhances the effectiveness of your feedback loop by adding a crucial layer to how feedback is integrated into product development.
