Today, we had the privilege of celebrating 31 years of service for this incredible man—Kasey Macko. Kasey joined Deljo Heating, Cooling & Plumbing 31 years ago when we had just four employees. Since then, he’s witnessed three different building locations and contributed more than we could have ever imagined. As a Senior Lead Installer, there’s truly nothing he can’t do. His dedication, expertise, and work ethic have set the standard for what it means to be a tradesperson. For those wondering if the trades are the right path for their kids—just look at Kasey. He has built a successful career in HVAC, he has built his dream home and put two kids through college. The trades are a noble profession, and they are here to stay! I’ve had the honor of working alongside Kasey for the last 12 years, and he’s taught me the value of hard work, a can-do attitude, and the importance of being a lifelong learner.
