Charlotte, NC showed up in a big way!  An impactful day of learning, collaborating and fun at a one of a kind venue and a sold out crowd.  

After almost 9 years at this company, I’m surprised that I’m surprised.  Surprised that it keeps getting better and that I continue to grow because of those I’m surrounded by.   That I’m challenged to not be comfortable and my growth impacts and inspires others just as others do so for me.  That’s not a culture that can be explained but one that has to be felt.

The energy in the room yesterday was impalpable.  Leo Pareja lit the room on fire with his vision and plans for OUR company while sharing stats and statistics that most companies will only ever dream about. We are leading in big ways and we are where the pros go.  If you don’t know who Leo is, pay attention. 

Jessica Nieto - wow! We’ve never really had a chance to know each other but have admired each other from afar.  I knew she was awesome but the knowledge she shared had people at every turn taking as many notes as possible - including me.  I mean, she ONLY closed  $24 million in Q1 of 2024 alone, what could we possibly learn? 😜

Marcus Dilley SPS and 5X ICON Agent  and  Robin Mann brilliantly brought Saturday Night Live to real estate and kept the audience on the  edge of their seats and in stitches throughout.  I’d love to see them go toe to toe with the actual SNL cast, and they may be the ones to take home the trophy. 

Success leaves clues and that was more than apparent after sharing the stage with others I admire and of course the true stars are those that made it happen. Those behind the scenes, making this agent led event all come together and making things look seamless, when we all know how much blood, sweat and tears is required. So many of you to name but you know who to are and let me say THANK YOU and I love you for your heart. ❤️ 

Ultimately, winning is fun but it’s so much better when we all win together.  We know who we are, where we’re going and who is committed to lifting others as we climb.  That’s the beauty of our company. That’s the beauty of eXp Realty and I can’t wait to see more of you in Cincinnati and Dallas next week.
