I had less than $500 to my name when I emigrated from Sri Lanka to Australia over 25 years ago. Through sheer determination, perseverance and tenacity I worked my way through various organisations and roles to achieve my goal of creating my own business venture. In 2006 I co-founded a company in Australia and over 10 years took it from zero to a multimillion-dollar and multinational organisation with over 100 employees which was then sold to a public listed company for an 8-figure number. Since, I have Co-Founded of BISTEC Global Services, Founded Biz Enable and Make a Day Brighter. I now dedicate my time and energy leading the new companies and mentoring other businesses to achieve results such as removing pain points, creating awesome culture, maximising profit margins, creating and maintaining a wow customer experience.
