We're standing at a threshold.

December 31st. The last day of 2025.

And I imagine you might be feeling a lot of things right now.

🔸Maybe you're reflecting on what you accomplished. 
🔸Maybe you're already thinking about 2026; about resolutions, fresh starts, new goals. 
🔸Maybe you're scrolling through highlight reels and wondering if your year measured up.

And all of that is okay‼️

But before we rush into what's next, I want to ask you something different:

What are you taking with you❓

Not what you achieved. 
Not what you checked off. 
But what you learned. What changed you. What cost you something but was worth it.

And just as importantly: What are you ready to release with gratitude and grace?

Because here's what I know about thresholds: you can't carry everything across.

Some beliefs served you in 2025. Some protected you. Some even saved you.

But they don't all need to come with you into 2026.

Maybe it's the belief that you're not ready yet. Or that you're not good enough. Or that you have to do it all alone.

Maybe it's a habit. The overworking. The people-pleasing. The perfectionism.

Maybe it's a version of yourself you've outgrown.

And here's the beautiful part: you don't have to release it with anger or resentment.

You can say, "Thank you for what you taught me. But I don't need you anymore."

That's grace. That's the kind of release that doesn't leave you bitter; it leaves you free.



So as we close out this year, I want you to know:

You don't have to arrive perfect. You just have to arrive aware.

Aware of what shaped you. Aware of what you're carrying. Aware of what you're ready to release.

That's enough. That's more than enough.

You are not behind. You are not broken. You are not starting from scratch.

You are continuing. You are becoming.
