What better way than 'lunch with Warren Gatland'

This legendary rugby coach for The British Lions and Wales coached his team to win three six nation grand slam titles and now shares his story with us all on Friday 13th February 2026.
 
This lunch event features a photo opportunity with the man himself, great business networking with over 150 businesses present (travelling in from across the UK) and a 5 star three-course lunch in our exclusive members lounge upstairs courtesy of Gauchos Cardiff.

We shall also be highlighting the work of BulliesOut Charity and our Sporting Club member Linda James MBE whilst raising crucial funds for this notable cause.

Hosted by Ian Stafford it’s a real treat for either rugby and sporting fans, your client, staff team or family member. It is open to The Sporting Club Members and Guests as well as Visitors and Non-members.

Our last event with Sir Gareth Edwards CBE was sold out and this will be too so that just leaves me to ask....

It’s more than people and planet, it’s animals too! 

Hedgehogs need homes!

When you ask your student Izzy what her UN active citizen project is and she says this!!

All student volunteer projects have to align with one of the 17 goals.

So she openly shares her unique project about “Life on Land’ making a hedgehog home with sustainabie materials before visiting suitable businesses interested in her concept. 

There are a number of other impressive projects which included ageism, poverty, health inequalities, prison reform and plant diversity

I honestly thought I was in a room of business people. If your business could use a volunteer for 15 hours on topics related to United Nations then do reach out. (Remote or South Wales in person) 
It would mean a great deal to them and me. 

In the meantime remember sustainable development in your business planning whilst Izzy highlights that this is more than people and planet it’s animals too! …..well done Izzy
