Product Leader

Built the entire app from the ground up and published it to the stores. Today the app has more than 8,000 daily active users in a very competitive niche. I joined the team when the app was still an idea.
Established the entire project management workflows from discovery, requirement gathering, sprint planning, sprint, and release structure to develop and publish go-to-market strategies.
Revamped the Feedme app to the Superfeed app and pivoted the vision of the product. Successfully integrated UXCam, Adjust, and Braze.
Led and grew a team of two developers to a team of eight developers, two automation engineers, and one UI/UX designer in just 18 months.
Collaborated with the director of operations and CMO to develop organizational processes and with the CMO and user acquisition manager to develop the campaigns for the targeted audience.

Lead Product Manager

Headed two of the biggest teams in the GGX division—GVERSE Geomodeling and GVERSE Petrophysics—a few months after I joined the division's smallest team as a scrum master.
Managed to push out 5+ major and 12 minor releases of GGX and GVERSE in less than 18 months.
Collaborated with marcomm, support, customer ops, and product owners to ship the releases successfully.
Worked as a product manager with product architects to help revive and revamp the entire GVERSE Petrophysics within schedule.

In less than 2 years we launched multiple B2B and B2C products. Delta was first acqui-hired and then acquired.
