9 out of 10 successful people share this one thing: Someone believed in them before the world did. Let that sink in. Behind every success story is a person who: ➝ Took a shot ➝ Opened the door ➝ Spotted the spark early ➝ Said, “They’ve got it.”—before anyone else Those people? They change lives. Maybe it’s a manager who gives you your first shot. Maybe it’s a mentor who says “Don’t quit. You’re built for this.” They don’t see your resume. They see your raw potential. They believe before the proof. And that belief becomes the catalyst. Now here’s the power move— You can be that person for someone else. Look around your team. Your community. ➝ Who’s quietly showing up? ➝ Who’s putting in the reps with no spotlight? ➝ Who’s got the hunger but just needs a shot? Be the belief for them, Be the one who says “I see it in you.” Be the one who opens the door. Be the one they name years from now. High performers have a different mindset. Most people don’t fail because the goal is too big. They fail because their system is too small. Big goals don’t need more hype. They need structure. Here are 4 simple shifts to help you hit any goal: 1. Make it visible If your goal lives in your head or in some half-finished notes app—good luck. Put it where you can see it daily. (Wall. Lock screen. Mirror. Whiteboard.) Out of sight = out of execution. 2. Build daily proof Stop waiting to feel motivated. The win is showing up, not showing off. Momentum isn’t magic—it’s reps. Track small progress. Let consistency do the talking. 3. Own your identity Your language leads your life. “I’m trying” keeps you passive. “I’m someone who does this” makes it part of you. When your identity aligns with your actions, your results compound fast. 4. Review + adjust weekly Most people don’t fail—they just keep repeating what’s not working. Check in every week. Tweak the process. Fix friction early. The feedback loop is the success system. You don’t need more ambition. You need better alignment. シ ♻️ Repost and spread the love! ♻️ 🔔 Follow Jordan Murphy 🧠🦍 for more. 💬 Which tip (1-4) will push you to execute your goal?
9/10 jobs can be taught. So why are we still obsessing over: – College degrees – Years of experience Let’s be honest—it’s outdated. What actually matters: → Drive → Attitude → Coachability → Values alignment During interviews, try this: → Ask real questions. → Turn the resume over. → Talk about who they are—not what they’ve done. Because skills can be taught. But mindset? That’s harder to rewire. Build a culture that rewards growth, not credentials. Hire humans, not history. Ignore the CV. Invest in potential. Teach the role. And watch what happens. シ ♻️ SMASH THAT REPOST ♻️ 🔔 Follow Jordan Murphy 🧠🦍 for more. 💬 What’s your best interview hack?

Letting go is hard… But here’s the secret: You don’t have to do it alone. To make it easy, focus on: 1. What to do. 2. How to do it. Translation? 👉 Information + Resources. If you’re unsure of the path ahead, Find people who’ve already walked it. That’s the fastest way to win big. When I need to solve a problem, I pay for speed. Not just for ROI—though it always comes—but for momentum. Because solving problems faster means: 🔑 Unlocking bigger opportunities. 🔑 Getting to the right answers. 🔑 Driving outsized results. The 1st trick? Solve the right problem first. The 2nd trick? Leverage the same resources. Gurus who sell info without the same resources are costing you everything. Go with real ones who give you the whole game. Like me and Brain Apes, We create your strategy and execute it. April is almost sold out, don’t miss your spot. Bad advice is k*lling your growth in 2025... 3 myths affecting you (and how to fix em): I just wrapped a strategy session with a founder who's been grinding for 18 months... ...with little to show for it. Why? He was following outdated playbooks built for a LinkedIn that doesn’t exist anymore. In today’s changing market, what worked 6 months ago is now obsolete. Here’s what’s ACTUALLY working (and what’s getting left behind): 1. "Content is King" is DEAD ⚰️ Content alone isn’t the game-changer. Systems are. • Random posts ≠ strategy • You need a content engine built for growth & conversion • One of our clients added 40,000 followers in 90 days from a repeatable engine → Don’t just create. Systemize. 2. "Just be authentic" is BROKEN 🔨 Authenticity without direction is expensive therapy. • "Be yourself" is not a strategy • Strategic authenticity connects and converts • We helped a coach close $20K+ deals just by aligning authenticity with offer and timing → Be real, but be strategic. 3. "Do it yourself to save money" is EXPENSIVE 💸 DIY is a silent killer for high-leverage founders. • Endless trial and error kills momentum • You can’t buy back time, but you can buy leverage • Our clients see 10X faster results when they hand us the wheel → Work with experts. Stay in your genius zone. The truth? In 2025, building a profitable creator business requires infrastructure. Not hustle. Not hacks. You need: 1. Frameworks 2. Flywheels, and 3. Full-stack growth systems. We've helped 37 award-winning brands scale in the past year alone. We’re on the frontline of the LinkedIn algorithm—so you can stay on the frontline of your business. One client said: “It’s only been 7 days and my LinkedIn is exploding. 10X reach. Better conversations. More calls booked.” This is what happens when you stop guessing—and start executing the right system. The hidden benefit of remote work: It’s fair for introverts. One of my employees is pretty introverted. They’re not the loudest in the room. They don’t speak just to be heard. They’re not chasing airtime in meetings. But when they do speak—It lands. Their words have weight. Their ideas are sharp. Their presence is steady. Remote work gives them space to thrive. No pressure to perform in a room full of noise. No competing for airtime with louder voices. So here’s a quick FYI for all managers: Not everyone wants the spotlight. Some just want to do excellent work and be respected for it. Remote work made that possible. シ ♻️ Repost and spread the love! ♻️ 🔔 Follow Jordan Murphy 🧠🦍 for more. 💬 What’s your fave about remote work? Most leaders fail their team in one critical way. And they don’t even see it coming. A real leader does more than drive results. They shield their team from hidden threats that break trust, tank morale, and drain performance. After working with 100+ startups, I discovered: Teams thrive when they feel safe, seen, and supported. Here’s 5 things that destroy a strong team quickly: ❌ Toxicity: Negativity spreads like wildfire, killing momentum. ❌ Blame Culture: Fear of mistakes stifles innovation and honesty. ❌ Silent Overwork: Teams running on fumes to “prove” their value. ❌ Lack of Recognition: Unnoticed effort leads to quiet quitting. ❌ Office Politics: Gossip and favoritism fracture collaboration. And here’s 5 ways to fortify your team: ✅ Listen Deeply: Make every voice feel valued and heard. ✅ Model Work-Life Balance: Burnout starts at the top. Set the example. ✅ Recognize Contribution: Celebrate progress, not just outcomes. ✅ Create Psychological Safety: Innovation thrives where failure isn’t fatal. ✅ Lead with Integrity: Show up with fairness, respect, and real care. The result? ✪ Confident, engaged, high-performing teams. ✪ Unstoppable creativity and problem-solving. ✪ A workplace where people actually want to show up and give their best. If you’ve ever felt undervalued, read this. Your greatness isn’t invalidated by someone else’s inability to recognize it. I’ve worked with brilliant founders, creators, and coaches… Who’ve questioned everything. Not because they weren’t skilled. But because someone else couldn’t see their light. → An investor who said "this will never scale." → A friend who said "be realistic." → A boss who said "you're not ready." Here’s the truth: Just bc they doubt you doesn’t mean they’re right. Steve Jobs was fired from the company he started. Sara Blakely was rejected by every manufacturer. Walt Disney was told he "lacked imagination." The Beatles were told “guitar groups are out.” Oprah was deemed “unfit for TV.” Howard Schultz got 200+ no’s. Imagine if they had believed it. If they shrank instead of rising. Imagine if they quit. If they buried their brilliance to fit someone else’s comfort zone. We wouldn’t have the magic they gave the world. And the same goes for you. Your vision is yours for a reason. Keep going. Keep building. Keep betting on your dream. Because when the right people see you—everything changes. And your value? This one tiny detail will explode your sales. (And ultimately your business.) It’s your 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑣𝑖𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛. Nailing conviction is the fastest way I’ve learned to build sales teams. And if you’re currently a sales team of one… This one's for you too. Here’s what you need to know: ➠ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. A sale is more than a transaction. It's a transfer of belief. The first transfer of belief is key... ➠ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲: 𝗧𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳. Conviction begins: • When you fall in love with your product. If you're not sold: • You're the biggest roadblock. ➠ 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝘁: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿. Low conviction? Time for a product reality check. Where does it lack? Be brutally honest. And get excited! There's pride in pursuing excellence. ➠ 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀. Low team conviction? • Find out why—ask. • Value their feedback. • Implement what you learn. Keep the team plugged into the updates. ➠ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸. Improving your product based on feedback boosts team morale. And boosts their belief in the product. The greater the belief, the greater the persuasion. Watch them transform into top sellers. (And your business grow.) ➠ 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀. Share customer stories often. Show the real-world impact. Strengthen belief in your product. 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙩𝙤𝙤. ➠ 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿. The belief in your product is contagious. The more you believe, the more they buy. The more your team believes, the more they sell. ➠ 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗯𝘁. Doubt creeping in? Outwork it. Build unshakeable conviction. Know you're bringing your damn best. You know your mind doesn't fight fair. 𝙎𝙤 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙩 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛—𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨. ➠ 𝗕𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁'𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗻. If you're not your product's cheerleader, Don't expect others to rally behind it. Make it so good: • It hurts to see people living without it. • It makes a difference. • You're proud of it. ➠ 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴. Nail your product; nail your belief. Then you'll nail your big sale. Making money online isn’t hard, but it can be tricky to balance everything. Because so many things are of equal relative importance. A delicate dance between risk, priority, and responsibility. Just like this video—catches ball, drops baby, catches baby, never drops his beer. Without each component in business, the engine might not function properly. (mini-checklist below) And that includes a competent founder/operator. The good thing is that once you put in the work, you’ll finally “get” it. And once you “get” it, making money is easy. You can practically print money. But you need to play long enough to learn. The crazy thing is that you’ll become the driving force of success regardless of paradigm shifts and the expiration of trends or other market factors that cause financial instability. Basically, the more shit you go through, the better you get at going through shit. Such is life… lol So let’s say you’ve nailed: → Your Offer → Your Niche → Your Fulfillment And: → Your GTM Strategy → Your Marketing Plan Simplified, you know what you do, for whom, how you’re going to tell the world and make it known. It’s at this crucial point, I see many founders fail. Why? They need more attention. They need to test and iterate. They need to become known. If you’re getting ignored by your prospects, you’ll struggle to make money and keep playing the game. Your financial runway will collapse. Your business will fail. But you don’t have to go through that. I failed 4x as a founder before I figured it out with Brain Apes. Now we run your favorite creators. (Want to grow just like them?) Stop thinking everything happens for a reason. It's true, but not why you think. Some people use that saying as a coping mechanism. I use it as an equation for creating luck. Here's how: ↓ Shifting my perspective was key. I moved from 'everything happens for a reason' to 'everything happens for me.' Not in a weird, overly main-character vibe... It was about seeing the silver lining in every cloud. ↓ Victim mentality? It's like quicksand. The more you struggle in it, the deeper you sink. Adopting a growth mentality is like building a ladder out of that pit. Every rung represents a positive, forward-moving thought. ↓ The scarcity mindset whispers, "This is all there is, and there it goes." And the abundance mentality shouts back, "There's more than you could ever need, and it's all available to you!" It's about seeing the banquet of opportunities laid out before you, instead of just the crumbs. ↓ Here's a personal take: I faced a huge setback with a project. Instead of wallowing and stressing, I asked, "What's this teaching me?" The lesson in perspective was invaluable, and the next move I made capitalized on that new wisdom. That's creating luck. ↓ Opportunities are like slippery fish; they'll wriggle away if you're not attentive. By shifting my mindset, I started spotting these chances more often and, more importantly... Started grabbing them and taking control through action. This approach is like tuning an antenna to the frequency of fortune. ↓ Suddenly, you're not just stumbling upon luck, You're actively generating it, channeling it into your life and work. Remember, adopting this mindset doesn't mean ignoring reality or hardships. It means no setback is permanent. It's about strategic optimism. ↓ Start by shifting your perspective today. Evolve 'everything happens for a reason' into 'everything happens for me.' Everything that happens is cause and effect. It's about your actions and environment. (and your energy) ↓ Take this thought with you: Luck isn't just about chance; it's about change. → Change your environment = change your potential. → Change your actions = change your outcomes. → Change your mindset = change your world. The easiest way to change your environment? A coach. ↓ Environment is also the company you keep. Uplevel your network and your world profoundly changes. It's why all the greats have coaches. (I spent over 6k this month for my coaches) I'm serious about my growth. ↓ Are you serious about your growth? Want to grow even faster on LinkedIn? The advice I wish I could’ve given myself 12 years ago: Sh*tty pay is a sign of bad culture. And where there's smoke, there's fire. The easy but tricky key: Create a culture people never wanna leave. ↓ You won’t keep everyone forever. That’s reality. But you can build an environment that makes walking away a tough decision. Fair pay is a non-negotiable, but there's more... Build a culture that makes employees: ➝ Rant, rave and recruit their friends ➝ Stay, upskill and create more income ➝ Return, because they realized what they had Because here’s the truth: 👉 A competitive paycheck keeps folks around. But a toxic culture? That’ll push em out the door fast. 👉 You can offer all the perks in the world. But your best people won’t stay if the culture sucks. ↓ Employees stay where they feel valued. Recognize their hard work. Pay them well. Lead them better. Build it so they don’t want to walk away. (Give them a place to build their future) シ ♻️ Smash that repost button! ♻️ 🔔 Follow Jordan Murphy 🧠🦍 for more. 💬 What's more important - PAY or CULTURE? (OR BOTH?)
Too many leaders still think kindness = weakness. That's why they can't build a great team And the best leaders know: Empathy drives results. Trust builds real teams. And people follow who they feel safe with. Kindness is an underrated leadership superpower, Here’s 7 reasons why: 1. It earns loyalty → People stay longer when they feel respected → Turnover drops, engagement rises 2. It unlocks performance → Psychological safety = more ideas, fewer filters → Mistake-friendly teams move faster 3. It builds earned respect → You don’t have to lead loud to lead well → Teams work harder for leaders they choose to follow 4. It sharpens communication → Listening is the real flex → Understanding > commanding 5. It inspires people to show up differently → Kindness shifts the energy → People go the extra mile when they want to, not because they have to 6. It keeps conflict clean → Emotional intelligence prevents workplace chaos → Disagreements become dialogue—not drama 7. It creates more leaders → Encouragement isn’t fluff—it’s fuel → Real leaders don’t build followers, they build other leaders If you’ve ever worked for someone who led with kindness, you remember it. And you probably still talk about them. シ ♻️ Repost and spread the love! ♻️ 🔔 Follow Jordan Murphy 🧠🦍 for more. 💬 Which reason (1-7) is your greatest asset? P.S. Who’s a leader you still think about?
