I'm very passionate about leading a team of new salespeople into the world of sales. It's extremely rewarding seeing a sales rep go from brand new to a seasoned veteran & to have the privilege of being a part of their growth along the way. I believe smaller, enabled & efficient teams create a greater sense of trust, buy-in & motivation in reps who know you will continue to trust & invest in them first. Systematic & operational enablement allows for reps to earn more, meet & exceed quotas more quickly/often & begin their tech sales career successfully. Paths to promotion on the back of this environment allows for reps to grow & develop inside an organization, creating a "win-win" for the organization & individual members of the SDR team. I bring a unique perspective having built my own small business from 0-$500K in annual rev, then jumping back into growing organizations to build & sell within them. I emphasize organizational efficiency, including x-departmental alignment as well as coaching & development of my teams. Overall I bring 10+ years of builder role experience & 10+ years of sales experience in the B2C & B2B space. My non-working time is spent enjoying time with my wife & 2 boys, traveling, fishing, & playing tennis & basketball.
