I'm a veteran startup operator who has worked in executive roles next to founders for most of my career. My favorite thing to do professionally is to help companies grow via creative and effective marketing, operations, and customer success strategies and tactics. Most recently I was promoted to Chief Customer Officer of Pegasus, the only equestrian technology company with an event management platform for all disciplines. Before that, I helped set the foundation of the company as its CMO and first employee. And before all of that, I had a variety of experiences from being an early employee and the Head of Marketing at a business development agency (we made $50k in MRR from our marketing strategy), to founding and leading the most successful music blog on Medium.com (it's called The Riff, we get 80k+ visitors a month), to starting up a copywriting agency that had clients in all sorts of industries between Europe and America. For me, the process is much more rewarding than the results. Results are nice but can only be achieved if you're in love with the process. I'm in love with it.
