"How do I write email copy that can't be ignored?"❓

I recently got this question in my DM's. 

My first thought was, 'are you checking their websites?'

Because most reps are writing to strangers like we know them... without actually knowing them.

I see this every day, and you do to.

Inboxes are flooded with garbage 🗑️ like:

“My team is really good at Python. Do you need us to build something for you?”

➡️ Zero context.
➡️ No clue what what we do.
➡️ No reason to care.

Of course, I don’t answer. And I'll bet you don't either.

But what if they said:

“Matthew, saw you’re in lead gen. Are catch-all emails still a big headache? Asking because we found a way to verify accept-alls at scale @ low cost.”

You can be damn sure I'd dig into THAT message ✅

Here’s the truth:

If you don’t know who you’re reaching out to, you're just wasting digital ink.

Good outbound isn’t about finding the perfect combination or words.

It’s about doing a little homework so you can actually assist the person you 𝙎𝘼𝙔 you want to help.
