B2B’s biggest fear? Messing up in public. (Esp today) It’s April Fools' Day. The one day a year when brands try to be funny… and half of them fall flat. That’s because B2B companies have a deep-rooted fear of messing up (FOMU) 'What if we break the brand reputation, the “serious” B2B tone?' :) But here’s the thing... FOMU doesn’t just show up on April 1st. It’s an everyday dilemma in B2B marketing decisions: -Overanalyzing LinkedIn posts instead of showing up consistently -Avoiding bold messaging that actually resonates with buyers -Playing it safe with bland, forgettable content And the biggest mistake?
