The goal of this project was to develop a remote system capable of obtaining measurements of pupillary diameter of a subject from a distance of two meters. The system was realized by acquiring images using various optical techniques. The image data is processed by a robust algorithm, and returns the current pupil diameter and percentage change. The system also has the ability to track percentage change in pupil diameter as a function of time.
