Responsible for heading up the company’s expansion into new markets as well as maintained continuation among existing clients. Drafting business proposals on various portals like freelance, Up work, PPH... and managing various projects in an efficient manner.
Key Roles
- To analyze and identify projects on various channels and assisting in the bidding process.
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with the client.
- Determine the resources (time, money, etc) required to complete the project.
- Monitor the progress of the project and to implement a new strategy as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date.
