Fitness saved my life. I was stuck in the depths of depression and anxiety. I didn’t love the person I was - on the inside or outside. The gym was my outlet. But my first few years were full of trial and error and I made my fair share of mistakes. Eventually things started to click. I began diving deep into how the mind and body work, educating myself and shifting emphasis to balance, mindset, and sustainable habits. This journey has truly given me my life back. And now I have found my passion in helping others do the same. My goal is to help you build a strong body and mind, through lifestyle changes that will last forever. It's way more than just a physical transformation, I'm not joking when I say it affects every single area of your life.     I used to track every gram, calorie and macro. I never missed a workout for YEARS at a time. I felt guilty eating out ot traveling. I told myself I was “disciplined.” Truth is, I was anxious, obsessed, and completely disconnected from my body. I think real discipline isn’t rigid. You can enjoy life, not add more stress, and still make progress towards your goals. It can all exist simultaneously. Seeing clients realize this is one of my favorite shifts they make. You don’t have to cycle in the all-or-nothing trap, don’t have to add more to your plate. You just need a structure that supports your life, not controls it. That’s what real sustainability looks like. Just habits that hold strong no matter what life throws at you. That’s freedom. And that’s what we build. ... P.S.     Not gonna lie... I went a little crazy on vacation these past few weeks. I ate whatever I wanted and tried a lot of good food. But here’s the thing: Real fitness isn’t about restriction. It’s about building the right habits underneath it all so you can actually live your life and stay on track. I came back at a new low body fat % and an increase in muscle mass. That’s exactly what my clients are doing too: Jeff just got back from a full week in Paris. Had wine with every meal. Ate whatever he wanted. Didn’t stress about food once. Before a trip like that would’ve completely thrown him off. But now he came back the exact same weight—and even more excited to train. Sean went on vacation and I told him: no logging, no tracking—just go live your life. He came back feeling refreshed, not guilty. Because he knew the foundation was still there waiting for him. This is what real success looks like. No guilt. No "starting over." No fear of vacations, holidays, or busy seasons. If you feel like every trip or event derails you - It’s not that you’re broken.     The me from 5 years ago would be in complete disbelief at where my life is now. Going to speak on stage. Impacting thousands. Building a beautiful life in FL. Hosting a podcast. Coaching clients. Running a business and leading a team. It’s easy to feel unworthy of it all. And let's be real - I’m not special. But I think that’s exactly what qualifies me.     Sleep is your most underrated fat loss hack. You can have your workouts dialed in, nutrition on point, steps locked... But if you’re not sleeping enough, you’re fighting an uphill battle. Less sleep = more cravings Higher cortisol = more stubborn fat Worse workouts = less muscle I see this all the time with clients. They’re doing everything “right” but still not seeing results, until we fix their sleep. Prioritize quality sleep, and fat loss gets 10x easier. Don’t skip the basics. … P.S.     Crazy how off my body felt after just one week of minimal movement on vacation. Less than 10k steps most days, barely trained, lots of sitting on buses and planes. And I really felt it—tight, sluggish, low energy. The second I got a proper workout in, it was like flipping a switch. I felt alive again. It was a good reminder of why movement is non-negotiable for me. And if you’re feeling off—mentally or physically—it might not be some complex issue. You might just need to move more. You don’t need a 2-hour workout. Just start small: - Go for a walk - Get outside - Stretch - Lift something heavy Your body isn’t meant to be still all day.           I used to rely on meds, alcohol, food, and distractions to numb how I felt. Anxious. Unfulfilled. Disconnected. Now, I rely on structure, movement, and quality nutrition to keep my mind and body locked in. It didn’t happen overnight. But everything changed when I changed the way I took care of myself.             The food you eat can either be the safest and most powerful form of medicine... Or the slowest form of poison. I’ve seen both sides of this. When I was at my lowest, it was no coincidence I was relying on processed foods and quick fixes. I was stuck in a cycle of unhealthy eating, which only made everything harder—mentally and physically. It wasn’t until I shifted my focus to food quality that I began to feel the change. That shift alone is what allowed me to get off my anxiety and depression medications and start taking my life back.                 The last 10 days in Egypt were wild A lot of nonstop 12+ hour days with experiences I’ll never forget Crazy how it felt like an eternity just because of how much we packed in 😂 But I’m feeling so blessed To be honest, I wasn’t even excited leading up to the trip I always struggle stepping away from routine Didn’t want to take time off. Worried about losing momentum with work and training But once I got there, I didn’t even have time to think about that... and it was exactly what I needed It challenged me to fully unplug, make new connections, be present, and just live This also reminded me exactly why I committed to prioritizing relationships and experiences this year These experiences are what life is about I can’t get so caught up in the grind I forget to live life along the way Safe to say I am fully committed to more of this Gonna be booking 2 more trips soon … P.S.
