Fitness saved my life. I was stuck in the depths of depression and anxiety. I didn’t love the person I was - on the inside or outside. The gym was my outlet. But my first few years were full of trial and error and I made my fair share of mistakes. Eventually things started to click. I began diving deep into how the mind and body work, educating myself and shifting emphasis to balance, mindset, and sustainable habits. This journey has truly given me my life back. And now I have found my passion in helping others do the same. My goal is to help you build a strong body and mind, through lifestyle changes that will last forever. It's way more than just a physical transformation, I'm not joking when I say it affects every single area of your life. Performance at work, energy and mental clarity, how you show up as a leader, spouse, parent, and everything in between. Maybe you are in the place I previously was, or you just want to pursue the best version of yourself. Either way, I'd love to support you in your journey to health, healing, and optimal performance. It took me years to realize this: You’ll never build a new life if you still believe you’re the same person who ruined the old one. For a long time, I kept trying to change my habits... Eat better, train consistently, follow the plan... But deep down, I didn’t believe I was the kind of person who could actually stick with it. I didn’t feel worthy of being healthy, confident, successful, or proud of myself. So every time I made progress, I sabotaged it. Sound familiar? That’s where so many people get stuck. Not because they don’t have the plan But because they’re holding onto an identity that’s out of alignment with where they want to go. It all changed when I stopped chasing external results and started becoming someone new. Someone who thinks differently. Responds differently. And believes they deserve better. Change the way you see yourself—and the results will follow. ... This is all a part of Phase 1 of my process. We start by rebuilding your habits, mindset, and set the stage to lose weight in a sustainable and permanent way. If you’re ready to see true lifestyle change, message me the word "groundbreaker"
The best outlet to manage stress: Movement. If you’re already overwhelmed, burned out, and stretched thin... The last thing you need is a fitness plan that adds more stress. The right plan should never feel like another weight to carry. But when done right, movement becomes the thing that grounds you. It’s a healthy outlet that lowers your baseline stress, builds resilience, and creates space to breathe. It calms your nervous system. It strengthens your mind. It brings you back to yourself. Not as punishment. Not as a box to check. But as a tool to regulate—not escape. That’s why Phase One of my process is all about rebuilding your foundation: Regulating stress. Restoring energy. And making fitness feel supportive, not overwhelming. Because when movement becomes your anchor—not another stressor—everything else in life gets easier to manage. ... P.S. You will never regret: – Prepping your meals – Getting 8 hours of sleep – Putting your phone down – Drinking water instead of alcohol – Training when you said you would You always feel better when you follow through. Because confidence comes from follow-through. And self-respect is built in the small, quiet decisions no one sees. ... P.S. The biggest mistake people make with fat loss: They try to suffer their way there. Starve themselves. Push harder. Do more cardio. Cut everything they enjoy. And sure, it may “work” temporarily... But does it actually work if you keep ending up back at square one? Because what usually follows is: Burnout. Bingeing. Guilt. Starting over. This is the all-or-nothing cycle most people stay stuck in for years. The real answer comes down to: – Eating enough to fuel your body – Building muscle and focus on strength – Stop chasing fast results and play the long game This is exactly what I help clients do - break out of the extremes and finally build something that lasts. Because sustainability will always win. And the second you stop trying to punish your way to progress… That’s when everything clicks. … P.S. This is all a part of Phase 1 of my process. We start by rebuilding your habits, metabolism, and set the stage to lose weight in a sustainable and permanent way. If you’re ready to see true lifestyle change, message me the word "groundbreaker"
“I just want to feel like myself again” That’s one of the most common things I hear from people. They’re exhausted and nothing feels like it used to. But the truth is - you’re not tired just because life is busy. You’re tired because your habits are draining you. – Eating processed food all day – Not moving your body – Scrolling until midnight – Drinking every weekend Your energy doesn’t just disappear. It gets taken—little by little—by how you’re living. And the shift starts when you get back to the basics: – Walk daily – Sleep 7–8 hours – Eat whole foods and enough protein – Cut back on the things that numb you instead of fuel you You don’t need a full life reset. You just need to start treating your body like it matters again. That’s where the old “you” starts to come back. And the next version of you starts to take over. ... I used to track every gram, calorie and macro. I never missed a workout for YEARS at a time. I felt guilty eating out ot traveling. I told myself I was “disciplined.” Truth is, I was anxious, obsessed, and completely disconnected from my body. I think real discipline isn’t rigid. You can enjoy life, not add more stress, and still make progress towards your goals. It can all exist simultaneously. Seeing clients realize this is one of my favorite shifts they make. You don’t have to cycle in the all-or-nothing trap, don’t have to add more to your plate. You just need a structure that supports your life, not controls it. That’s what real sustainability looks like. Just habits that hold strong no matter what life throws at you. That’s freedom. And that’s what we build. ... P.S. This is all a part of Phase 1 of my process. We start by rebuilding your habits, metabolism, and set the stage to lose weight in a sustainable and permanent way. The older I get, the more I realize: Peace > drama Walking > scrolling Presence > hustling Discipline > motivation Quiet nights in > going out Boundaries > people-pleasing Feeling strong > looking shredded Who's with me?
If your version of self-care still leaves you tired, bloated, anxious, and drained... That’s not self-care. That’s avoidance dressed up in aesthetics. Because real self-care isn’t just bubble baths, rest days, and takeout. It’s doing the things that actually replenish you and push you to grow: Because nothing feels better than: – A good night’s sleep – A home-cooked meal – Feeling proud of yourself – Hitting a new PR in the gym – Having real energy and focus throughout the day And it's not always glamorous. But that’s the kind of self-care no one talks about. The kind that makes you feel better and sets you up for long-term success. ... P.S. Your future is shaped in the quiet moments. The small choices you make when no one’s watching. The scroll or the walk. The extra hour of sleep or one more episode. The decision to show up—or not. It all compounds. The life you want is built one quiet decision at a time.
One day, you’ll be 70. You’ll either be hiking mountains with your grandkids... Or struggling to get up the stairs. The decisions you make today = the freedom you’ll have tomorrow. It’s easy to push off healthy habits when you’re busy or feeling good right now. But every choice you make has a compound effect. The habits you form today are laying the foundation for the next 10, 20, 30+ years. Are you setting yourself up for freedom and vitality in your future? Or are you making the choices that will keep you stuck, feeling drained, and limited? I’m running my 7 Day Momentum Challenge to help you break free from the habits that are holding you back and start building momentum for the future you want. When you get to your “goal weight” or get shredded... Then what? You can’t just stop there. Fitness isn’t a phase, it’s a lifelong habit. When I first started going to the gym, it was because I hated how I looked and felt. But I quickly realized it was about so much more than physical change. The gym became the gateway to better mental health, confidence, discipline, and a whole new standard for how I live. If you treat fitness like a short-term fix, you’ll always find yourself starting over. But when you shift your mindset to see this as something you do for life... Not just a goal to reach, that’s when it clicks. That’s when you find a routine that’s sustainable. One that actually fits your life. And one you’ll want to keep doing—because of how it makes you feel. Fitness isn’t the end goal. It’s the foundation. ... P.S. A lot of mental health struggles aren’t just in your head. They come from things we normalize way too often: - Lack of purpose or meaningful work - Sitting all day with no movement - Eating ultra-processed foods - Chronic sleep deprivation - Not training your body - Little to no sunlight - Poor gut health I’ve lived this. Years ago, I was anxious, depressed, exhausted—and thought something was wrong with me. But when I started fueling my body, lifting consistently, and prioritizing real health... My entire life shifted - pretty fast too. You don’t have to overhaul everything at once. But start addressing these one by one and I promise you’ll feel 1000x better. Give your body and mind what they’ve needed all along. … P.S. If you liked this post you'll enjoy my newsletter. Every week I share proven ways to get lean, boost energy, and live a fuller life. The gym isn’t punishment. The diet isn’t restriction. This is self-respect. You get one body. One mind. One life. Treat them like they matter—because they do. And when you do every other area of your life starts to fall into place. More energy. More clarity. More confidence to show up fully. It’s not about perfection. It’s about ownership. And everything changes when you start leading yourself first. ... P.S. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym or follow complicated routines. I’ve struggled with social anxiety most of my life. Putting myself out there. Speaking up. Being seen. It’s why it’s so wild to be where I am now: → Posting to thousands → Hosting live calls → Coaching people every day → And now... going to speak on stage for the first time ever None of this came naturally. It’s still scary. This speech has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’ve broken down, lost sleep, battled anxiety for months. But I committed before I was ready—because that’s the only way I grow. And I see the same thing with my clients: Waiting to feel confident. Holding off until life calms down. Backing out when things get uncomfortable. But confidence isn’t what gets you started. It’s what gets built along the way. Start scared. Lean in. Do the thing anyway. That’s where growth happens. ... The cycle: → Get motivated → Go all in → Life gets busy → Fall off → Feel guilty → Start over Most people don’t struggle with starting. They struggle with starting over... again and again. Because they’re chasing perfection instead of consistency. But the truth is—life’s never going to slow down long enough for everything to feel “just right.” The key is building habits that work with your real life, even when it’s messy. That’s been a game changer for me. And it’s the shift I help clients make every day. When you drop the all-or-nothing mindset and focus on what’s sustainable… That’s when things finally stick. ... Society wants you sick. Food companies spend millions to craft highly addictive foods specifically to get you hooked. Then once you inevitably become ill, the "healthcare" system loads you up on meds. Don't get trapped in the vicious cycle. It doesn’t have to be your story. Start small * Move your body daily * Get 7–8 hours of sleep * Prioritize whole foods 80% of the time * Learn how to eat for energy, not just numbers This is the foundation I build with my clients. We cut the noise, remove the extremes, and rebuild your health in a way that fits your real life. Because once you feel good again, everything changes. And no system can take that away from you. ... The food you eat can either be the safest and most powerful form of medicine... Or the slowest form of poison. I’ve seen both sides of this. When I was at my lowest, it was no coincidence I was relying on processed foods and quick fixes. I was stuck in a cycle of unhealthy eating, which only made everything harder—mentally and physically. It wasn’t until I shifted my focus to food quality that I began to feel the change. That shift alone is what allowed me to get off my anxiety and depression medications and start taking my life back. The difference isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about how it makes you feel. Choose nutrients that heal, not harm. You are what you eat. ... P.S. I put together a guide on how I eat for optimal physical and mental health. I used to drink to escape myself. Now I train to become someone I’m proud of. Alcohol gave me a high, then left me feeling worse than before. Fitness gave me direction, purpose, and momentum. Big difference. And yet... alcohol is the only drug we feel like we have to justify not using. But here’s the truth: – Your sleep sucks – Your recovery stalls – Your anxiety spikes – Your progress slows If you’re feeling stuck—physically, mentally, emotionally... It might not hurt to take a look at your relationship with alcohol. It might be the thing holding you back more than you want to admit. Letting go of it changed everything for me. Can anyone else relate? ... P.S. If you liked this post you'll enjoy my newsletter. Every week I share tips on how to lose fat, improve mental health, and build lifelong habits. It’s not normal to be depressed. It’s not normal to be overweight. It’s not normal to have daily headaches and bloating. It’s not normal to rely on meds just to get through the day. It’s common - but that doesn’t make it normal. Most people go years thinking the way they feel is just how it is. Low energy. Brain fog. Crappy sleep. Gut issues. Anxiety. They convince themselves it’s “fine.” They don’t know there’s a better way—because they’ve never felt it. Until you experience the other side, you have no idea how good your body is actually designed to feel. This is why being in tune with your body matters. Because you can’t change what you’ve convinced yourself is normal. It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being aware. And when you stop ignoring the signals and start paying attention... That’s when everything starts to shift. ... Nutrition is confusing, but it doesn’t have to be. My Nutrition Foundations Guide breaks it all down so you can eat with confidence and get results. Alcohol is the only drug we have to justify not using. But here’s the truth: Your sleep suffers. Your anxiety spikes. Your recovery stalls. Your progress slows down. If you’re stuck, start with your relationship to alcohol. Since quitting 5 years ago, every part of my life has improved. It’s not about perfection - it’s about creating space for better choices that truly support your well-being. ... P.S. Have you tuned into my podcast yet?
