•	Lab analytical work in Food & Water Microbiology for isolation and identification of microorganisms such as Total Coliform, E. coli, Enterobacteriaceae, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio parahymolyticus and Vibrio cholerae from different samples of food, feed and water.

•	Stock maintenance of consumables and other items.

•	Development and implementation of Microbiological / Chemical Sampling Plan.
