Helped build a multi-million dollar brand internationally for Merial then Sanofi.
Built a marketing launch for 19 countries in the world.

*Launched a new vector animal health vaccine in 19 countries, focusing in key markets such as China, Thailand, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Canada, Argentina, Korea.  More than 10 billion doses of this vector vaccine have been applied worldwide. A multi-million dollar brand still on the market.
*Led multicultural teams for worldwide product launches ensuring proper product positioning, price positioning and local adaptation to fit cultural requirements.
*Led global tradeshows in USA and Latin America.
*Developed multicultural segmentation plans, key account management strategies, local market research, brand management, pricing analysis to ensure proper market adaptation.
*Designed and develop Latin America and Asia trainings to ensure successful implementation of global strategies.
*Created marketing materials such as success stories, customer testimonials, marketing campaigns to promote regional strategies among local teams.
*Partnered with local teams and global teams to evaluate new product development opportunities through financial analysis and market macroeconomic analysis.

*Head of the Marketing Department.  
*Organized, planned and led 14 tradeshows, six national salespersons’ and customer appreciation conventions, four national advertisement campaigns, marketing research, technical and non-technical publications for more than 5,000 readers, public relations with media, product and marketing plans.  
*Edited, created and designed the “Vision Técnica” and “PIC Vision” newsletters as well as other magazine publications.
*Developed market analysis and monthly market reports for the operations of the company nationally and internationally.  
*Created and designed a Benchmarking Computer Program worth $10,000 dollars through a membership used by leading agribusiness corporations.  
*Designed and created selling tools for the sales force (flyers, interactive programs and videos).
*Member of the National Pork Council and founder of the National Pork Promotion Council; continuance as an active member for the Promotion Council.  
*Involved in a global marketing team and created the business plan for a gilt (female) product that is being sold in USA, Canada and Mexico; this is the primary gilt product being sold in Canada.  
*Worked as a marketing trade consultant for multinational corporations for areas such as trade, marketing plan development, marketing strategy, clusters, advertising campaign, pig meat promotion.
*Developed the annual marketing plan and marketing budget for PIC Mexico.
*Developed marketing and product plans.
*Developed the marketing strategy for the new website and continuously updated the intranet system as a marketing tool to communicate with the personnel.
*Continuously utilized marketing research as a tool to verify and measure the results of the marketing programs implemented.
