Before you list services, make it clear:

Once they believe in you, then they care about your services.

6. Qualify the right clients in (and the wrong ones out)

A good homepage doesn’t just increase volume.
It increases alignment.

Add:

→ FAQs that filter out poor fits
→ light pricing signals
→ form fields that qualify leads properly

The more you sit in delivery, the less your agency can grow.
Build redundancy for key employees.
Get a strong 2IC in place.

3/ Lead gen diversification
Too many agencies struggle by relying on one channel.
You need at least four working consistently:

Most forecasts are incomplete.
