For over a decade, I’ve guided executives and teams through nature immersion retreats, teaching conscious communication skills, while focusing on the importance of their wellbeing. At Casa Alternavida, our retreat center in Puerto Rico, I’ve had the privilege of working with purpose-driven organizations and leaders who are committed to making a positive impact. Our clients include teams from companies like CBRE Realestate, Blanchard, Money Group, Discover Puerto Rico, Interface, Wärtsillä and others. Our uniquely curated experiences go beyond traditional leadership training, using nature and adventure as powerful catalysts for change. My approach is deeply rooted in a belief that real growth happens when we step out of our comfort zones and connect with what truly matters. By blending what I've learned as a certified Transformation and Leadership Coach from the Hendricks Institute, a Forest Therapy Guide through ANFT, and a Resilience Coach with the HeartMath Institute I guide leaders to tap into their whole-body intelligence. By helping them find clarity and confidence in their roles while inspiring their teams to collaborate with authenticity and purpose I am creating a ripple effect that will impact millions.
