Hello 👋 I’m Aneta, an Architect turned UX Designer. I help businesses mitigate risks by strategically balancing needs, solving problems and making trade-off decisions. I have over 5 years of experience working on creating digital products in various industries, from health, safety, and environment to education and fintech. I help businesses increase their value for customers, improve their offering, earn more money and win new markets. I do it all through conducting various research and design activities, rapid prototyping, facilitating collaboration and clearly communicating the value of new solutions, using storytelling techniques. After hours, I help aspiring, junior and mid-designers become skilled UX Designers who can navigate design processes and tackle design challenges. As a result, they can get UX jobs, and promotions but most importantly, become satisfied with their careers. I do it all through mentoring individuals and sharing my experience, knowledge and view on UX industry through content creation on my Instagram page (ux.aneta) and here on Linkedin. No matter who I work with, I try to be transparent, and clearly communicate but also adapt to changes. I’m very good at seeing challenges in a holistic way but I do also have an eye on details, thanks to my architecture background. I know how to lead, facilitate and set up research and design processes, thanks to my experience working in low UX maturity organisations. Graduated from two faculties: Architecture and Urban Planning, and Graphic Design. I also finished a UX Bootcamp. I got my first UX job 2 months after starting to learn about UX.
