I work with you to dismantle those stories you've been holding onto and the behaviours resulting from them, and we examine where they occur in work and life. I've been where you are. I thought if I worked hard enough, I would succeed, and whilst I did have some success, I narrowly avoided burnout. As a Black professional woman in a white environment, the level of scrutiny was higher for me than for my White counterpart. I often felt under constant pressure to prove myself, resulting in feelings of not being enough. Working with a coach, I discovered that my thinking and the stories I believed affected my confidence and self-belief. I'm on a mission to support senior women professionals to succeed at work as they shift their thinking and release the stories that have held them back.
