I'm not an Erasmus+ project evaluator, but I act like one sometimes. Before you apply your projects, focus on the essentials. You need to check: - Are the objectives and methodology clear? - Is the needs analysis strong and justified? - Are roles balanced in the partnership? - Does the project have solid impact measures and sustainability plans? - Are Erasmus+ priorities addressed (inclusion, digital, green, and democratic participation)? - Is the budget realistic and justified? This can improve your project. And it MUST improve. Project leaders, pay attention. Review your proposals with a critical eye. Fix weak spots and strengthen your project. Don't submit proposals that miss details. Stand out from the crowd. A clear project will get noticed. A strong project will succeed. Take the time to refine your work. Every detail counts. Your project can change lives. Make it the best it can be. Need more? I’ve got 20+ of these frameworks. For templates, case studies, and 1:1 coaching → Visit wrapeplus(dot)eu

Readability matters in project writing. Here's why you should split your texts: Fluidity boosts comprehension. Break up long chunks of text. Use short paragraphs. Add bullet points. This makes your writing easier to digest. Follow these tips for better readability: 1. Keep sentences short. 2. Use simple words. 3. Break up large blocks of text. 4. Use lists when needed. 5. Highlight important points. 6. Stay clear and precise. You see... Long texts can overwhelm readers. While readable texts... → Engage the audience. → Make ideas clear. → Enhance understanding. → Keep readers coming back. What type of writer do you want to be? What impact do you want your words to have? How important is it to connect with your audience? Embrace readability in your writing. Practice these techniques. Evaluators will thank you. Need more? What leads to a bad score in an evaluation? 1. If you set vague objectives ↳ you lose credibility. 2. If you fail to analyze needs ↳ you can’t justify your project. 3. If you have unbalanced partnerships ↳ you risk unclear roles. 4. If you don’t measure impact well ↳ you lack strong plans for sustainability. 5. If you ignore EU priorities ↳ you miss key goals of Erasmus+. 6. If you poorly justify your budget ↳ you create unrealistic costs. Strong proposals need clear goals and solid plans. Neglect these factors and face the consequences. And remember... ☑ Clear objectives lead to better evaluations. ☑ Better evaluations lead to successful projects.
