Your iPhone is a tool. Using it is great, but give yourself a break sometimes. 

Here are the top 3 ways I optimize my iPhone usage for my overall well being:

1. 1st hour upon waking, no iPhone. Our minds were not designed to immediately wake up and scroll notifications or get these giant dopamine rushes. Benefits include:

- more mental clarity
- more sunlight 
- more alertness
- less time wasted

2. After 10 or 11pm, phone goes to red light mode. This eliminates most of the blue light your phone emits. Want to set yours up?

Go to settings -> accessibility -> display & text size -> color filters -> increase intensity/hue all the way up almost -> back to accessibility shortcuts -> check color filters 

This will allow you to triple click your side button to switch back and forth.

3. Airplane mode when sleeping. Your iPhone emits a lot of EMF. That can disrupt your quality sleep.

These are some of my favorite health hacks with my iPhone.

Love technology but best to minimize it in certain areas.

SDR skills are an art form. 

Building that muscle takes time, but it is worth it. 

Most start out in the SDR role:

1. scared
2. nervous
3. winging it

I was too when I first started. 

Here is how to build the "SDR muscle" to have more meaningful conversations:

- slow down to speed up
- role play with top performers
- play with your opener (I change up each month)
- understand verbal pacing and verbal pausing 
- become the best active listener in the world 
- forget about the pitch, find problems and dig deep in situations

The list can go on and on.

These are some big ones.

1. Read books 
2. Do roleplays
3. Learn AI tools

What helps most for me?

30 min - 1hr video trainings.

It may be:

1. a podcast
2. a keynote
3. live closer calls

Why though? Why not just stick to books?

1 word:

Retention. 

I retain:

- visuals
- tones
- body language
- pacing

So so much better with just sitting back and watching. 

I have never once regretted implementing this into my weekly training process.
