This early experience building solutions at the intersection of technical complexity and practical application shaped my approach to all future challenges. Two years with MAG deepened my perspective on the analytical instrument side of business, working across Marketing, Field Sales, Inside Sales, Internet Sales, and Sales Enablement. This gave me crucial insights into the needs of buyers, customers, and internal stakeholders including direct sales, manufacturer reps, service teams, and supply chain partners. I discovered my talent for training and empowering customer-facing teams to provide exceptional experiences. This journey led me to HubSpot, where I've become deeply engaged in helping others navigate the platform's technical complexity while achieving practical business outcomes.
