I work with CEO's, CRO's, CFO's, CMO and Sales Leaders who want to implement AI but aren't sure where to start and need an expert to guide them through the AI evaluation and strategy development process. That being said without a CRM most businesses are leaving revenue on the table - they must use a CRM - but which one? After many years I came across a CEO, that had exceeded a $1Billion sales quota and then decided to become a Software Programmer! He had just completed a 5 year research project with over 100 sales teams and 1,500 sales reps. He had broken the code of the top 4% of sales reps that sell 90% of company quotas. These best practice habits were then "coded" into the software so that every rep knew exactly what to focus on each and every day. No longer would the top reps have to spend 30 minutes planning at the end of every day what to do tomorrow - the system did it for them - with a list of action items already laid out like the secretary that no longer exists. I was sold! It wasn't just Sentia AI software - it was also their Kaizen based approach to sales enablement operations.
