●	Operational responsibility for a 35-employee construction fastener company with two physical locations and eight mobile locations, driving more than $10M revenue selling and delivering product direct-to-customer. 
●	Assessed and selected a vendor, negotiated terms, and managed implementation of a new industry-specific ERP system resulting in an ROI of 14 months.
●	Accountable solely for managing supply chain and associated vendor negotiations in excess of 30,000 discrete SKU numbers. Increased inventory turn to 4.3
●	Navigate negotiation, purchase, and integration of a market competitor into the organization, including staff, inventory, and adding new systems into the existing location within 6 months of acquisition.
●	Integrated full-scale E-commerce website with existing ERP, which decreased inbound customer call volume by 18%.
●	Managed WMS for multiple locations, for both mobile and brick and mortar. This includes Picking, Receiving, and Cycle Counting. Implemented a metrics-based bonus system for warehouse staff. Increasing productivity by 8% and decreased errors by 4%.
