Events are a waste of time. Or are they...? Tradeshows are a business. And you are their best customer. So you need to be careful to make them work. But most companies I know do 0 prep. This is how planning usually goes: - €15k for a "cool" booth - €5k for your speaking slot - €1k x person for travel expenses - €5k to sponsor multiple side events - And let's all hope that everything will go well! You feel busy, the team talks to many people and even pick up a few "leads" in the process. But nobody counts the demos, nobody keeps the team accountable. Not at Konvo AI. Here, we do it differently: - 10 demos x rep minimum goal - 300€ target cost x demo booked - Point-based system to create competition - Then we plan what we need to do to make it happen And the results speak for themselves. 20 demos booked, 19 warm leads to prospect, connected with partners and got the team more pumped than ever. And yes, we also had fun.
