I see the "perfect" lead all the time. They hop on the call. Asks the right questions. Even gives you the "this sounds amazing, how soon can we start?" line. Then .. POOF. Ghosted 👻 You chase.  You follow up.  1 time, 2 times, 3 .. You overthink, "Did I screw up?" Nope, They were just: • shopping (for free data) • comparing (while wasting your time) • kicking tires (with ZERO intent to pull the trigger) And that’s fine .. for them. But YOUR time? YOUR energy? YOUR brainpower? Not for freeloaders. This is why you need to put systems in place to: 1. Qualify HARDER upfront (if they’re not a HELL YES, they’re a no) 2. Put a price on your time (free consults attract free shoppers) Your time is the ONLY asset you can’t get back. Choose wisely who you give it to. ✌️ #entrepreneurship

Your clients aren't mind readers. They often fill in the blanks when expectations are not clear from day one. They're excited, you're excited and the project kicks off with a bang. But then, after a few months in, things start to fizzle. Communication drops off, deadlines get missed, and before you know it, they're gone. Sound familiar? That's what happens when reality doesn't match assumptions. → trust erodes And when trust erodes, things start to get a lil bit messy. This is why you should: 1. Be crystal clear on what’s included (and what’s not) in your services from day one. 2. Break the project into a roadmap with phases, deliverables and deadlines.. make it clear. 3. Communicate regularly, good and bad, let them know. This isn't rocket science 101. It's basic human psychology. People want to know what's happening, when, and why.
