Directed the activities of 10 Contract Managers at Headquarters and three satellite offices while overseeing all phases of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract management for approximately $200M in federal contracts annually. Partnered with stakeholders including Senior Management, Business Development, and Engineering to negotiate terms and conditions of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Operating Agreements, Joint Ventures, and Strategic Alliance Agreements. ♣	Collaborated with the Quality Assurance Director to develop a company-wide purchasing procedure compliant with AS9100 and ISO Quality Management Systems eliminate redundancies and streamline purchasing procedures. 
♣	Accelerated the development of contracts, amendments, and Statements of Work (SOW).
♣	Initiated contract closeouts and collected $1M in outstanding dollars per annum.

Achieved outstanding customer service and fully accountable for purchasing, vendor sourcing, tracking financing data, overseeing invoicing and accounting system reconciliation, meeting contract deliverable deadlines for over 183 EPA sites.
Cultivated 100% growth in new work generated under contract.
Upgraded quality of products delivered to customer by reducing labor hours using updated software systems. Mentored and promoted cross-training of professional-level interdisciplinary staff.

Senior Project Manager

Managed the maintenance of 600+ emergency response equipment related to hazardous materials response situations in four different warehouses for the EPA Region 3 Superfund Emergency Response Warehouse.
Selected full-time staff and launched an aggressive corrective action plan to address government statement of work issues and contract terms.
Initiated an emergency response contact network through a combination of in-house staff and subcontractors.
