James Jackson is an ambitious leader who has been central to driving world-class sales enablement programs for multiple technology companies. His niche is found in leveraging technology to best enable business partner channels to maximize relationships. He has spearheaded his organization's successful adoption of new sales technologies by positioning himself as the dedicated "sales tool" subject matter expert, lead, and coach for sales and operations teams. He is deeply familiar with the following sales tools: SFDC, SalesLoft, Quip, Highspot, LevelJump, ZoomInfo, VidYard, Loom, InsightSquared, Office365, GSuite, Slack, Crayon, Loopio, RFP.IO, Sisemic, LinkedIn Navigator, Calendly, Asana, Trello His professional sales experience has been exclusively within SaaS sales environments selling with and through business partners. Over the past 11 years, as a highly organized program manager, he has focused on building and managing programs that enable business developers, sales executives, inside sales, and client managers to receive streamlined onboarding, coaching, process refinement, and robust sales technology learning. This approach has helped to establish positive buyer experiences, increase sales efficiency, and ultimately achieve sales goals for his organization and partners. James is currently completing his Project Management Certification Professional certificate. In his free time, James can be found coaching youth soccer, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time with his family. He lives in Queen Creek, AZ with his wife and four children.
