I stopped posting content from 7 times a week to 3 times a week.

Before my consistency definition was 
to post every day, but now it has changed.

Now for me, consistency means 
posting frequently consistently.

E.g.: Posting 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), every week. 

Now the reason behind this is simple, 
not having enough time.

I am currently working as a coach, 
so I have to maintain both work.

It was hard for me to start getting 
good engagement on my posts, 
but now I don't want to lose it. 

This is why I reduced the number of 
posting content to engage with others.

And simultaneously reply to comments on my posts.

→ Learn something daily about your industry
→ Unlearn something that is not working today
→ Realearn something that can upgrade your knowledge.

5. Be consistent and Persistent
→ If you are consistent then you will get it
→ If you are persistent then you will have it
→ Without being consistent and persistent, you will never get results.

Create Quality Content--> Get more visibility and engagement--> Book more appointments.

This is 1 of the best lessons I have learned so far in my journey.

1. Set the target with deadlines 
2. Create the process 
3. Do what you can 

At the beginning of the journey, 
I had heard a lot about setting 
targets but never implemented them.

This April month, I started setting 
targets and followed them.

I achieved them, it was 
challenging but worth it.

Set 2 types of targets: 
Big (1 year) and short (1 month or week) targets or goals 

While setting your target, 
attach a deadline to it.

Because a goal without a deadline is just a goal.

Once you set the target, 
create a roadmap.

When you go on a trip, 
you plan everything... Right?

Then while setting goals, 
why don't you create a process?

Remember, If you fail to plan then you plan to fail.

Now, it's time to implement 
what process you have created.

Do what you can and give your 
complete focus on this target.

Until and unless you don't achieve your targets,

Don't do anything else, 
otherwise you will be distracted.

Don't get distracted, because where Focus goes... Energy flows.

Everything is hard before it's easy.

It is rightly said that if you are doing something new.

It is always hard at the beginning.

But when you keep doing it again and again.

Then it comes easily to you.

But when I keep posting again and again.

Learning and tweaking strategies, helped me to learn and grow.

And now it comes easy to me.

My 3 biggest struggles as a beginner on LinkedIn 

When I started my journey on LinkedIn, 

I was not growing in terms of:

- Getting clients 
- Getting more followers
- Getting more engagement 

➡️Struggle 1: Not getting clients ❌

As a beginner, if you are not getting 
client, then you can reach out to the client.

It is not a law that you 
can't reach out to the client.

But while reaching out to them, 
go with the right intention to help them.

When I was reaching out, 
I was going with the right intention 
to grow them on LinkedIn 
through my SMM services.

And the best part was, 
I closed my first client from LinkedIn.

➡️Struggle 2: Not getting followers ❌

Before I used to run after followers.

I was thinking to have 
more and more followers.

But later I realized that, 
followers are equal to clients.

If you have 1,000 followers then 
you can't have 1,000 clients.

Even as a beginner, you can't 
handle 50 clients in a month.

Now I stopped chasing followers.

I am posting content consistently.

If People are finding valuable, they will 
follow to learn from journey and experience.

Followers are endless numbers.

➡️Struggle 3: Not getting more engagement❌

Initial days of posting content on LinkedIn.

I was told by someone that if you 
post valuable content on LinkedIn, 
then people will comment.

But now it doesn't work anymore.

You have to comment to add 
your perspective, thoughts.

To build a relationship, 
to learn from them.

When I started doing engagement, 
slowly by slowly, I started 
getting more engagement.

I transitioned myself from getting 
Zero comments to 30+ comments.

It is still a big win for me and 
I improving myself day by day.

If you are working hard all day and

It might be the hardest line 
that you have ever heard but this is true.

When I started my journey, 
I wanted to grow my business.

However, I was doing activities that
were helping me to grow on social media.

And my biggest mistake was 
that I was not balancing it.

Similarly, if your goal is to 
grow your business.

Then do work on things 
that can help you to grow 
and scale your business.

I have heard this line somewhere that,

If your business is not growing 
then it is not a business problem.

It is your personal problem that is 
stopping you from growing your business.

Now personal problem 
depends on various factors.

❌ Like not having:
- the right mindset, 
- the right information, 
- the right knowledge, 
- and the right strategies.

My biggest problem was a mindset part.

I am working on my
personality development and
thought process to improve my mindset.

Find problems that are stopping 
you from growing your business.

Remember, if you are working hard 
all day and your business is not growing.

Then you are working on the wrong things.

Stop posting content without any content planning❌

Here's why, if you fail to plan 
then you plan to fail.

For some days, you can post 
content without any planning.

But when it comes to being 
consistent over the years, then 
it would be much harder for you.

Because to grow on LinkedIn; 
requires a lot of patience and consistency.

This is why when you fail to 
plan your content, then you don't:

- Grow on Linkedin
- Have content pillars
- Have a content strategy
- Get engaging content ideas
- Get more engagement on your posts

I have grown engagement on my posts 
from getting 5+ reactions to 50+, 
All because of content planning and strategy.

And after years, you still felt that 
you were where you just started.

You see no progress in your 
LinkedIn growth and business growth.

It's so frustrating that put in lots 
of effort but still, there are no results.

Then it becomes much harder for you 
to manage your work life and maintain balance.

You hope one day, you will maintain 
consistency to grow on LinkedIn

It is pointless when people click on see more and they just scroll always because of the poor body structure in your posts.

- Use formatting
- Use bullet pointers
- Use small paragraphs

It makes your post:

- Easy to read
- Easy to scan
- Easy to consume
- Easy to understand

Which makes your post much better.

Formatting has to be simple.
Formatting has to be solving a problem.
Formatting has to be sharing a clear message.

How do I define content goals for my LinkedIn Content strategy and achieve them in less than 12 weeks?

If you have the ability, 
then notice all the posts posted 
by your top competitors.

This is what you will see in their posts:

→ They post for a reason.
→ The reason attached to a purpose.
→ Their purpose is converted into a CTA.
→ CTA that helps them to achieve their goals.

Because I was making the same mistakes.

If you see my old posts, 
they get 10+ likes and 
Zero comments.

And now it has changed, 
this is why a post becomes 
powerful when it has a goal.

So my posts start getting 
more reactions, comments, 
and post impressions. 

Here is how I do it in the 3 steps:

Step 1: Define your Goals

→ Personal Branding
→ Booking Appointments 
→ Set realistic goals that are possible

E.g: Booking 10+ appointments in April month

Step 2: Stick it to 12 weeks

→ In 3 weeks you won't see any results.
→ But in 12 weeks you can see huge results.
→ I tested it during a 90-day hard challenge on LI.

Step 3: Analyze what working or not

→ Find out what is working, double it.
→ Find out what is not working, & remove them.
→ Repeat every month and focus on improvement. 

Bonus: Follow a proper method, 
because it is easy to use and implement.

This is exactly how I define my 
content goals and achieve them 
for myself as well as my clients.

The #1 mistake you should avoid while posting content without any funnel.

Learn how you can close 
2 out of 10 people...

The key to doing better sales calls 
is to record them and analyze them 
and what mistakes you are making...

So that you can improve your closing...

3. Share client's case studies/testimonials

You are the owner of your business...

If you don't talk about your services 
and offers through your content...

Then who will do it for you?

If people aren't aware of your offerings, 
then how your potential clients 
will buy from you?

Share client's results/ case studies 
to let people know what do you offer...

And how you can help them.

So focus on revenue generation activity 
if you want to grow your business.
