• Recruited and assisted with the retention of a diverse group of designers, such as UX Design, Visual Design, UX Research, and Marketing. 
•Full-cycle recruiter that screened and sourced candidates, strongly emphasizing building a diverse pipeline of qualified applicants and acting as their advocate and liason through the hiring process.
• Partnered with hiring teams and HRBPs to ensure that roles were properly leveled and scoped.
• Developed a knowledge management system using Notion to create onboarding documentation and create consistency with projects and the recruiting process.

Design Program Manager - Onboarding & Education

• Managed multiple small teams of designers (UX, Researchers, and Visual Designers).
• Recruited, hired, and trained other UX instructors.
• Executed 4 side projects to increase San Francisco UX/UI Design on-campus student experience by 5%.
• Initiated changes to UX/UI design teachings, which increased student understanding by 20%.
• Reduced the need for UX/UI design resources which saved the company $75,000 in 6 months.
• Coordinated strategies with Admissions and Marketing for the growth of the Design program at the SF campus increasing enrollment by 250%.
• Reason for leaving: the UX Design Bootcamp Program was shut down in August 2020 with massive layoffs. It was then restarted in 2021 under new leadership and new employees.

• Promoted to Program Manager of the UX Program within 6 months of being hired.
• Recruited, hired, and trained other UX instructors.
• Designed and directed 24 events per year, including public events with more than 100+ attendees.
• Held multiple roles within the startup as needed, such as Design Facilitator to Enterprise Partners, Teacher Trainer, Design Program Manager, Community Lead, Events Coordinator, Partner Outreach, and Client Management.

• Managed a total of over 75 students in a hybrid environment.
• Managed multiple small teams of designers.
• Directed over 35+ student/client projects in an Agile Scrum process with sprints including the full design cycle to deliver functioning prototypes for web, mobile, and IoT.
• Generated the curriculum for the UX Design Program, which has been licensed internationally by other training providers to create their own UX bootcamps.

• Managed classrooms of an average of 20 adult students.
• Facilitated group discussions, UX activities, and in-class design workshops.
• Conversion rate of an average of 5% of short course students into UX Design Immersive students.
