What is Success ❓ We all have different answers. But the way I have chosen to answer has shaped what I do, and how I do it. For the first part of my career, I began an attempt to build a network marketing business. My goals, at the time, were to "build it big", and become a Millionaire by 30. (I started the business at 18) Well, it didn't happen. While I was creating and developing skills like goal setting, cold calling, selling, and emotional intelligence, I didn't have the time management part down. I had A TON of apprehension at the thought of "quitting" the business after years of not turning a profit. It took me a very long time to realize that the "do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do" style of leadership only works for short periods of time - it's harmful in the long run. A Leader must Lead from the front. Another relevant aspect of this story was my religious life. I was born into and raised in a religious environment which was unhealthy. I spent much of my time providing free labor to my group, and listening to talks encouraging Violence, Variance, and Vanity. My partner, Stephany, saved me from Self-destruction. We met as teens, and she taught me selfless love, patience, and truth. My journey away from my community began when I was 18 and began listening to sermons on the local Christian radio station (which was a "no-no" for me at the time.) I began to develop skills like self-reliance and decisiveness. Self-Leadership and Critical Thinking. After ten years of prayer and faith, I walked away from it in 2020 at the age of 28. How is this story relevant to my business life? This story shows that I keep my word. It shows that I have Integrity, and am willing to sacrifice all to stay true to my Values. I will come through, and if I don't, I will be Honest as to why. I have self-discipline and align myself with people who do. I live my private life as I do my public. When you see me, what you see is what you get. My clients hear the truth of a matter, and nothing else. Now as a Husband, Father, and Sales Professional, I want one word to be said of me: Integrity
