Nick is a Principal Fund Manager at Oak and Vine Upstream Energy Fund, where he helps investors multiply their income and impact through investing in alternative assets like real estate and energy. He is a Certified Prepare Enrich Facilitator, a credential that reflects his passion for helping entrepreneurs thrive and find balance in work, family, and community. With over 12 years of experience in alternative asset investing, Nick has been involved in multiple real estate and energy syndications, serving as a General Partner and a managing partner. He has also leveraged his skills in customer onboarding, social networking, and manufacturing process improvement to launch and grow his own businesses, such as Teknicks Computer Consulting and Oak and Vine Capital. Nick is a former Director of Operations and COO for the Kingdom REI Community, where he trained aspiring entrepreneurs to create commercial real estate businesses. He also spent 15 years developing leaders on the college campus as the Operations Director for Campus Outreach. Nick's mission is to invest in businesses that create Kingdom Impact and to connect and empower his investors to do the same.
