I take highly dysfunctional teams and turn them into well-oiled machines. I get in the weeds, peel back the layers of the onion, and find The Third Door into even the most resistant people's hearts. You might say I Brene Brown 'em. And it works! Be vulnerable first, and watch what people tell you that they NEVER would tell anyone. While people joke that I'm psychic, in reality, I truly "get" people. Better than they get themselves. From being a Science Teacher, I understand how people's behavior patterns develop in childhood, how we learn new information, and how much un/subconscious garbage we have to undo to become agile. I have personally done the hard work to undo my own hard-wired behavior patterns that don't serve me. I have worked with my own coaches since 2008. I truly believe that in order to be a coach, you need to be coachable and have empathy for the coachee. 👉🏻 I am also a Jira Ninja. I operating my own business as a Scrum Team of One.
