This is what you and I will do.

1. You and I will have an interview. I will ask questions over the call. You will answer them immediately over the same call. I will listen quietly and take notes.
2. We pre-select and approve an initial list to reach out to.
3. We pre-approve a message for sending.
4. You share the login details of your LinkedIn profile with me after turning off 2-factor authentication.
5. Once agreed on the message and the targeting strategy, I manually start hitting targets with that message with your LinkedIn profile, reaching out to them as you.
6. We talk every week to see what is working and change what is not working.
7. We iterate consistently until we have a 10%+ meeting rate on messages sent and are always having quality meetings likely to turn into revenue or funding.
8. Speed of iteration is key for both of us to succeed

The price for this is €2,000 (euros) a month. Paid at the start of the month before work starts.

4. We can have a Meets or Zoom call and see if it is a fit for you.
5. If it is, we run the 8 steps mentioned before.

All outreach tracking is done on Google Sheets. Zero use of automation.

In all cases, the only way out of it is to spend more money. But you're almost out of money as you're paying for your trip and all the people onboard.

I feel much better than two years ago.

January 2026 feels like a much more relaxed time compared to January 2024. Not sure if anyone else relates?

The worries of an AI tsunami were overwhelming in 2024.

I enjoyed learning new AI tools and tricks every week. But I got only a temporary feeling of safety. Everyone's jobs including mine seemed replaceable.

I asked smart coder friends for advice. Yet they seemed as concerned about the future as I was. No consolation.

I remember waking up at 5am and going to sleep at 11pm. All to ideate and experiment new business ideas in the post-AI world. Seriously!

The AI tsunami I feared never happened.

AI SDRs became the worst invention in tech history. They produced zero results. I made my job more manual than ever. I got better at it. My clients won.

I stopped listening to the boys who cried wolf - Altman, Amodei, and other tech leaders. Muted the computer scientist noise out of my life.

I focus on what is real. I focus on my work. I take long walks on the beach. I turned the volume down.

It feels good.

I am working on a national holiday.

Today is India’s national Republic Day.

I still took two calls today and did outreach for international clients.

But I realise I can still pause for a long walk on the beach. And enjoy the sunset. Celebrating today in silence.

I am not qualified to comment on world events.

But I am very grateful we are a republic. Especially on Republic Day.

I am happy we are not ruled by kings.

I am happy we are not ruled by high priests.

I am happy we are just a regular group of people trying our best.

In this day and age? That is a privilege.
